They seem to be training well, and creating a good work environment. What stands out most to me is the employees are always really friendly and they seem genuinely happy to work here. They are always saying hello and asking if I need anything. It reminds me of the 5 star service at our nearby resorts. And it is really, really appreciated. The store is organized and clean. The selection of merchandise is great which is so nice in our area since it is difficult to find good quality and up to date goods. I shop here once a month and I never leave without something.

They think noting of telling you an arrival time and then change it to the next day. So, don't count on them if you need something right away. I think shoppers must "claim" your order and several others, so delivery takes a long time. I will not renew my subscription. The one is for the second to last order. It is okay if you never need to return anything. I will do pickup instead.

They have plenty of interesting items for sale. Incense, clothing, magnets, and more. They also have lots of clothes reasonably priced. Some of the items are kind of pricey. Shot glasses were kind of high at around $7 and up. If you want more bang for your buck go to Walmart. They have some $1.99. Overall, a great experience. The Gals working there were very helpful and sweet. Can't wait to return.

I went back to the store for remedy. The woman in the store basically said tough shit. No refund, no exchange, no nothing. She handed me som dessicant to try drying it out. That did not work. I wasted $15.00 and was treated really poorly. I will not be returning to the store for anything...even though they have great stuff. Really pissed off. Im local and don't deserve to be ripped off. I might as well have thrown 15.00 into the toilet.

There are only so many places you can shop on The Big Island…read more Sometimes you have to take one for the team and bow down to The Evil Empire from Bentonville. What works here: At least during our visits, the store was well stocked. This actually shocked me because holy shit, it makes no difference whether you are here on a weekday/weekend/noon/15 minutes before closing, they are always, always, always packed. Bizarre mix of a store that is not an old school 80's style Walmart but it's also not a Supercenter either as the store does not have enough square footage. With that said, there is certainly a little of this and a little of that in here. Pharmacy? Sure New cell phone plus a service provider for it? Yep Garden Center? Of course McD's for a greasing? Naturally Eye Exam? Why not Booze? Duh There is also the usual mix of clothing, office crap, basic sporting gear, an aisle of "local" favorites and while not a full grocery store/experience - there is more here than what you would think. What doesn't work here: Checking out can be tough due to said crazy busyness. Also note that they don't do shopping bags here in the traditional sense so BYO on that one. The parking lot situation is an insurance claim adjuster's wet dream. People walking from all sides & directions like mindless zombies. Cars coming from multiple entrance/exit points. Other strip mall stores like Gamestop/Domino's/Ross also use the same parking lot. It's a lot. You find religion before each backup attempt. Open daily from 6am-11pm and if this doesn't cut it for you, there is a Safeway and a Target around the corner.

Just three days prior to that, we spent a couple hundred dollars at the SoHa Keiki store at the same Marketplace. In short, a female red-headed employee displayed some micro-aggressions towards me when she mentioned, "We also don't offer Kama'āina discount," when I didn't even ask for it, nor do I ever - even though I'M HAWAIIAN along with most of my maternal and paternal ohana, our ancestral roots or Native to Hawai'i. This really young red-head sat behind the counter the entire time as patrons like us came and went. She lacks basic awareness of our Native Hawaiian culture and requires DEI training. We will not be returning to this particular location.
