She also showed me how to operate the tanning equipment and what each button would do if depressed. Very happy to recommend this location due to the staff. Facility is very clean and bright. They also have restrooms for the clientele. Note that the Exterior areas of the shopping area is under construction / upgrades so you will have to enter directly from the front. I called their Bethesda location, and the first receptionist claimed we weren't in the system--even though I booked on Wednesday at 2:22 PM (I checked my call log and took a screenshot). Someone took all of my details including my credit card, but somehow my appointment "didn't exist." Then the owner got on the phone and said she actually could see me in their system but didn't know what happened. She blamed a software switch on Tuesday... but I booked on Wednesday. So that excuse made no sense. Her only solution was to ask if we could come tomorrow. No, we actually can't--because unlike her business, we plan ahead. I took the weekend off from my real estate schedule to celebrate. We booked a hotel in Tysons, hired a dog sitter, and made a whole day of this. And it was completely wasted. What really stunned me was the total lack of care. No apology that felt meaningful. No attempt to make it right. No offer of a complimentary service. Nothing. I'm a business owner myself, and I would never handle a mistake like this this way. Our anniversary plans were basically ruined because this spa didn't bother to honor our confirmed appointment--or provide any real remedy afterward. Don't waste your time or money here. Place is sparking clean and smells amazing, reminds me of a hot Florida beach day with some margaritas after a day of sunbathing type of vibe. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable, they will surely take care of you and help you out with your tanning needs. They offer a few membership plans based on what you want as far as tanning goes as well as every visit rates. I chose a platinum plan simply because the beds were more of a bronzing type of tanning and not like a regular day in a sun type of tanning. I was explained in a great detail about how each membership works and answered all the questions that I had. They have their own on house line of tanning products and all the populate ones on the market available for purchase. I picked one that was a favorite of both girls that were working there that day and I said why not I love a good suggestion. It was indeed a very good suggestion, I'm getting a very nice and even layer of golden tan and I am so happy that I chose this location.
