I played my first Magic game at this store and a super cool guy came in to play with us and he was even a judge for their Magic tournaments which was super great since he was incredibly helpful for me learning the game. The ambiance and decor is amazing, I love their selections of drinks and gachapon. And their prices aren't too bad (as far as I know for Pokemon as I have no clue what's their average for Magic) I literally drive 30 minutes to this store just because they are that great! I recently got into collecting Pokemon cards so we decided to check out this shop. On the second level of the plaza that it's located in, parking is plenty but the spots are super slim and tight so I always opt to park a bit further. Inside, the space is actually pretty big as far as cards shops go. They have tables all across the middle for playing games or tournaments and they have an abundance of staff. They have cards on the walls of higher value and a wall towards the back when you first walk in for their graded cards. If you like looking through binders, they have PLENTY. Like binders on binders on binders. You have to ask them to look through it and everything is super organized. They have it by alphabetical order and they also have 3 foreign binders for Pokemon. If you're also looking for binders or sealed product or anything dealing with cards, chances are they have it. I love how organized this card shop is and they always have a good amount of cards to look through where I always have to leave with something. Probably my fav card shop in South FL I've found so far!

Small company with serious issues…read more This company has a good first impression; however the customer service slides seriously from there on. After having gone thru a nightmare to get a small item to their store, the customer service person ( Betsy ) completely ignored my request to 'stop' everything and simply send the piece back to me; the request coming before the company had done any work and the product in their shipping area. It should have ended there with a 'return to sender' written on the box. It seems as they are above the customer and went ahead and did the work and billed me ! Then, "Betsy" furthered the issue by sending me an email; using language from the gutter. This is an insane situation and the company deserves to be shown to the world for their actions.
