If you have to buy an appliance here DO NOT buy the extended warranty! I bought a five thousand dollar 48" THOR range here. Called the extended warranty department who said they'd send out BUY RIGHT APPLIANCES. The repair guy comes out, figures I need a new spark module for the stove top and says he has to order the parts. A week later I call to get an update from BUY RIGHT APPLIANCE and the guy on the phone says he' lol get an update and call me right back. Of course he never called me back. Nobody did. So I called RC WILEY to complain. At that point the RC WILEY employee tells me that somebody made a mistake and that I had no extended warranty on my 48" range only on my in wall oven so they just denied the claim. Again, nobody EVER called me to let me know any of this. I had to call these people multiple times to find out that they screwed up. Of course nobody at RC WILEY cares. Be warned. read more

Let me begin by saying that RC Willey had the best variety on flooring that we could find. They offered many sales and great advice! We had Suzie help us through the entire process and she was terrific! Next, we did have a couple of issues. It was frustrating but I have to admit, Jan, head of the flooring department and Bill, head of the installation department worked for us and made sure that everything was taken care of!! The crew at Benos who put in our hard flooring, were amazing at their work! Really went that step extra! Then came the crew at Majestic who installed our carpeting. Ultimately, all of our concerns were met and resolved. RC Willey absolutely stands behind what they sell and how it's installed! 5 star rating goes to our sales associate Tim Leir & the delivery team. Unfortunately the five star rating stops there. There was an issue with our sofa and the Service department scheduled a tech to look into it. Two weeks later on the day that the tech was to visit the Service department called me to cancel the service call, the tech was sick. The Service department scheduled a tech for the following week, when I called to check on the arrival time I was told the Tech was NEVER scheduled. The Service rep "promised" she would schedule a tech for the following week and I would receive an email of the scheduling, still no email!!!! read more

So I am not the easiest person to deal with and my wife had very specific needs. Skeptical at first but we met TJ our second time in the store. He was amazing and if you have a chance to work with him he is very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Truly cared about what we were looking for and helped us find just that! This should be a five star review however, the the delivery people were rude and argumentative. I've been buying from this store for years and have always gotten five star service before and after the sale. The driver pulled up ( blocking all traffic going in and out of my store) and was given specific directions on where we wanted them. After 4 times of the delivery man trying to convince my wife that his way was easier. We finally got them begrudgingly to follow our instructions. Every time we have this store deliver our order we tip each of them 10 dollars to show our appreciation. Between the attitudes of both of them and their lack of concern when told they had just lost their tip and was costing their company a bad review AND my inability to get a manager on the phone I think a three star is generous. read more

We've made to large separate purchases and both times we were charge extra money. First purchase 79.00 for a extra warranty for a item that wasn't purchased, we didn't notice a over charge until we looked over invoice after being charged a extra 180.00 for a warranty and another charge on our most recent purchase. Although, the correction was credited back on my card quickly, I was very disappointed that the same situation occurred twice. I must say that on both installs, the technicians did a awesome job installing our appliances and they were careful, cleaned up after themselves, wore booties and mask. Ordered furniture for my son. Paid the blue whatever rewards thing bc we were told it included assembly. The delivery people dropped it off and left. When my son went to assemble it- THERES NO HOLES TO EVEN ASSEMBLE IT. Spend 40 minutes on hold to be told "ya, the holes not being drilled has been a problem of late" AND "so what do you wanna do? Order new furniture or return it?" All I could do was LAUGH at the girl on the phone! Like really? You want me to come up with solutions for you too!! It's just insane the incompetence of companies. No pride, no customer service, no willingness to make it right. Just "so what you wanna do"? It's insanity. So now this furniture is all unboxed, sitting at my sons apartment, it CAN'T, be put together. And the master plan we were left with was "let me talk to the delivery drivers and I'll call you back!" (I'm not holding my breath). What are the delivery drivers gonna do? Come back and do what? THERES NO HOLES FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE ASSEMBLED! I guess when you shop for low budget products, you get low budget products, low budget customer service and NO budget solutions. Update- I ended up finding a number for "delivery" on the website called it- and explained the problem again. The lady in the delivery department asked me who I spoke to I told her Kylie. She said Kylie works in customer service and NEVER CONTACTED THEM. We had a refrigerator/freezer delivered this afternoon. Our delivery team were Zach and Quinton. They were great! They were very careful with the installation and there wasn't a scratch or defect on the appliance at all. Zach and Quinton also took great care of our furniture and walls as they maneuvered the appliance through the house. They went over the features and maintenance of the new refrigerator/freezer with us. They took our old one away but had to take the doors off of it and remove our front door to get it out of the house. We felt bad that they had to go to all that trouble to remove the old appliance but Zach and Quinton were very good natured about it. We have purchased many, many items from RCWilley and have always had a great experience from in store purchase to delivery. read more

Horrible!! The worst customer service ever!!! Don't buy their warranty because it is a total rip off. Sales person lied to me about the coverage. Told me if they couldnt get the scratches out they would replace table. That is a lie!!! i called the store manager Matt and he turned it around on me. He said since i have a special needs child i must have forgotten the conversation.! He offered to give me back my $80 for the warranty and that is it. I am requesting for my table to be replaced as stated when I purchased the table and the warranty. He refuses to do so, instead implying that I must have been out of it when I purchased both products from them because i was busy and caring for a special needs child, I must have heard wrong. Completely dishonest and so condescending. If you want to be treated like I was, go to RC Willey's! RC Willey is the absolute best place to go for furniture. Why? The service is wonderful. The people are kind. The atmosphere is clean and neat. The furniture is durable too. Whenever you come here, always ask for Zoltan. He is the most helpful employee here. I say this because he explains things so well. He is also kind to his customers. I always go here with my family for buying furniture, and if we see him, he says hello to all of us, gives us each a handshake, and asks if we need help. He doesn't do it reluctantly either. In fact, he is enthusiastic about his job. The people that bring the furniture to your house do all the hard work for you. They bring the furniture in, set it up, and put it where you want it! Even after they finish doing so, they still ask if you need help, then tell you to have a good day. Besides the furniture here, they have a snack area where you can get some truly tasty food. From bagels to chips, you will be sure to find something! This is so you don't have to stop looking for furniture to go have a bite to eat! Me and my husband came in about a week ago to look at some furniture. One of their associates came up to us and handed over his business card, he was nice and informative on their sales this up coming Memorial Day weekend. We came back in to put the deposit on our furniture and insisted we went only through Mike Hart. Many of the salesmen came up to us but we instead Mike helped us. Knowing how busy he was with other customers he came over to us as fast as he could and was very helpful and patient considering we came in on Memorial Day and how busy they were. This is a continuation of my first review for RC Willey. We purchased all our kitchen appliances with the patient and attentive help from Royce. And I do mean patient as my husband and I went back and forth with different brands. Oh, and the ongoing debate on stainless vs. Black stainless. I won with Black stainless. Thank you, Royce for your patient with us. Our Samsung refrigerator was delivered today. It arrived within the timeframe given us in the morning phone call. Our two delivery men were very professional, courteous and most of all efficient. They each introduced themselves to us (I'm sorry I don't remember their names because they deserved to be recognized for their professional manner). While one was removing our front door the other was getting our fridge out of the truck. Our old fridge was moved into the garage for us and the new fridge was put in. Now this was the efficient part. They had the waterline connected, the fridge properly placed, all the protective tape removed and the all the handles put on in a matter of minutes. At the time of this writing only the refrigerator had been delivered. Seems there was a bit of a mix up concerning the other applications. But that will be covered in my next review. read more

My Mom and I came in looking for table, chairs, couch and love seat. Got a really nice sales man but the cashier (large build, long brown hair) was so rude and treated us so bad we walked out. First she pulled the paper out of my mothers hand, as she pulled it she said "I said I need that" first off my mother wears a hearing aid and I don't, I didn't hear her even ask. From that point on, the cashier was rude snapping and my Mom held out as long as she could before we couldn't take her attitude any longer. We were there to buy furniture for my Moms house and I wanted new furniture as well. But we will never come back to this store again! There is no reason to treat customers who were happy picking out furniture and having a great day like trash. We both had our credit cards in hand ready to buy. My husband and I purchased our furniture from RC Willey 3 years ago. We purchased an entire set of living room-furniture, paying close to $9k for a coach, two chairs, two end tables and an entry way dresser.The entry way dresser drawers were never installed properly. We still can't open the two middle drawers. The over stuffed chairs have broken. We have never sat in them or used them, at this point they were for decoration. I sat in the chair for the first time this week and the chair leg was installed incorrectly and the chair was wobbly. Upon, further investigation the wood was completely cracked all the way up the chair! It really bothers me that we paid this much for poor craftsman ship! We looked at the other chair and it's not structurally sound either. I wish we would have taken our time to examine the furniture when delivered. We will never come back to this store. read more

I have been waiting over a month for this couch to arrive and finally you guys confirm my couch is in the warehouse except for the corner piece that could take longer than a month?? I purchased a whole living room set and in the store the interactions and sales team was all fantastic. The day of delivery the delivery people had called to confirm a time frame and I said "ok" and then they never showed up and I had to leave so I called the store and they weren't able to get ahold of the driver. They told me I would have to reschedule and didn't even offer to refund the delivery fee, I had to. I don't even want money back, I want my furniture! But it's the principle. Then, I reschedule it for a day that would not work for me (today) as they wouldn't make an exception to get it to me when worked for me because THEY screwed up. Then today I call to reschedule it and they state it's already on the truck so I have to call back tomorrow. I informed them that after waiting on hold for 10 minutes I would not be calling back and I demanded the store manager to call me. I'm a manager at a hotel where guests complain all the time and I would never inconvenience our guests like this. I asked her to have it delivered on Thursday or Friday and the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (or she claims she was) stated she couldn't do that. BS. If you're in a management role in customer service and can't provide service to your customer you should find a new job. I'm beyond angry that I have been inconvenienced by this and would never buy from RC Willey or recommend anyone I know ever again. Not to mention I STILL have no furniture read more

I ordered a couch set and had to send back the corner piece THREE TIMES and had a service tech sent out to fix it, but it wasn't fixed properly. NO ONE from the management team called to ensure guest satisfaction. The operators that pick up the phone to direct calls are rude as fuck. I've tried 3 times to get in touch with a manager and cannot get in touch with anyone. I will not be shopping here ever again and I hope no one else does either!! We recently purchased $6000 worth of appliances, an RO system, Pro-shone application and all installation. The salesman was very helpful and I might add happy for our purchase . We first had them deliver and install the Ro system which leaked a inch of water all over the kitchen floor not once but three times. All of a sudden our helpful salesman didn't return our calls or text. We had to call customer service. Then there tech came out to apply the Pro-shine to all the appliances and accidentally ruined the new oven control plate. Again unable to reach sales person. Finally was able to have the oven replaced. Next the refrigerator doors wouldn't close. Had to send videos of the problem, no response! Had to threaten to return everything before a replacement was offered. Well folks guess what? We're done with RC and you might consider this before you purchase anything from them!!! read more

Plain and simple they sold me the floor model and didn't tell me. The floor model was damaged which I saw at the store. When it arrived it was the same one I saw in the store. I went to the store to make sure the store model was gone and it was. They told me I was getting a new one. I went to the costumer service desk and explained what happened. The lady went to tell her supervisor who then went and spoke to the manager. The customer service rep comes back and says you have two options we give you 30% percent off or we pick it up Saturday. I said come get it. I asked why was I sold the floor model. She said the sales rep isn't here to ask. A manager never spoke to me, not one sorry was given. I'm not there to buy used furniture. Then give you the run around for MONTHS!! And we still have a useless broken appliance in our home that they want someone to repair. I have spent a lot of money at this place and will still do, but I do not enjoy the experience there. 1. Selection - They do have a great selection of furniture, TV, carpet and electronics. Not so much on appliances. 2. Sales/Service - The sales team are very aggressive and I have encountered some really goods ones and a lot of arrogant or pushy ones too. I just ignore the pushy ones and come back to buy from another later. Why come back, convenience and selection. 3. Prices - Not bad, not great. 4. Store - Very nice set up and lots of great stuff. I have bought my fair share of goods here from the "display", so they are quite effective for sure. 5. Bad Experience - My personal experience at the store is hit or miss. more misses. I used to come here with my family to browse and see what was available on a Saturday. One Saturday, they were giving out balloons to all the kids. I asked for one for each of my three kids and basically waited 10 minutes and no one could help me, or told me we had to get it at the end of our visit and not the beginning. So, I tried it and after 45 minutes we left and asked for balloons and they said no. I asked why all the other kids had them when they ENTERED the store but we had to wait... No positive answer. 6. Bad Experience - Went there with the family when they were giving out hot dogs and drinks as a way to drive traffic. Nothing was available and I was a bit annoyed. I should have known better. 7. Bad Experience - I complained to the store in writing about my experiences. NO RESPONSES on two occasions. Just a complaint on how to improve. 8. Bad Experience - Went to buy a Fridge, huge 65" flat screen, Microwaves and a 32" flat screen for the office. Was dressed in work boots and kinda dirty. Most of the sales staff ignored me and turned the other way. I had to seek out a sales person, a newbie and bout over 10k from him in 15 minutes. Why do I feel like I have to do all the work. But alas, I am a numbnut because I still go there. Why? Again, selection and convenience. I go there to get what I need, but I am no longer a loyal customer. read more
