We really love the positive interaction and great staff at this establishment. There were a lot of helpful people that were able to help us refine what we were looking for and pick out the furniture that we were in need of for our home. There are quite a few discounts that you can obtain, and they offer a Veteran discount for specific new items. We were able to obtain multiple discounts based on the items that we purchased. A great experience overall, and I would shop here in the near future. One of the things that I enjoyed is that there was an offer to deliver for a set price. The good thing about that set price is that the delivery fee is good for one year for all the deliveries on the furniture you buy within a year. The other was a warranty purchased for five years, discounted and applied to the recliner that I purchased. Their frame broke and fabric pilling on one of the recliners. RC Willey Customer Service would depend on who helped you: if the consistency of their service were the same I would be rating them with 4 stars. We have purchased several furnitures: couch, dining set, recliners and outdoor bench. The quality of their furniture is about a 3. My issue is the furnitures aren't as sturdy and not made to last. Outdoor bench was returned after a month due to the glue started coming off and lifting the laminated piece all over the bench. Now, the recliner we purchased is making a popping noise and leaning on the left side. We purchased warranty/protection plan on most of our purchases from here but the customer service is the worst. We contacted them in September and a technician came and looked at the Recliner. He told us it would take 10 days or so for the replacement piece to come in. It is now November and NO ONE from RC Willey has contacted us to provide an update. I guess purchasing a warranty/protection plan is only good if they provide great service to make it worthy of purchasing. I don't know if they keep track of their outstanding service work orders but it would help if we were provided information. read more

So the one time we're not home for delivery someone was housesitting for us they put our new washer and dryer in on the opposite sides not the way the two that they removed were in there. We had been all over town looking for hook in bedrails. No one had them. We finally found them here, inexpensive and in stock. The place was pretty busy, it was Saturday, and it didn't seem as tho they had enough salesmen on the floor. I expected that. The check out was fast and easy and no wait. The only small problem came when we went to the loading dock for pickup. It was 112 degrees outside and we waited nearly half an out for them to bring them out. I'm not sure if they couldn't find them, or what the problem was. Other than that, happy with the purchase. Fingers crossed, they work with the headboard!! read more

RC Willey was not our first choice for furnishing needs since moving to Henderson last summer. It is now. After making 5 separate purchases, I can say that their sales reps are patient, professional, and helpful across the board. They have a large selection of quality home furnishings giving one a good chance of finding what they're looking for. Our most recent purchases were for 3 major appliances originally planned with Lowe's because of their Memorial Day sale. After spending a few hours researching Lowe's appliance inventory, I went to the store in person to make the purchase. To my surprise, the Lowe's salesperson told me that contrary to what their website said, the appliances I selected were either unavailable or their delivery dates were 3-4 weeks away instead of 1 week as stated on their web page. The salesperson admitted that their website doesn't always match the real time status of their products. How disappointing. So, I moved my search to RC Willey's website, selected the same brand and model appliances, and went down to the store to place the order. Yep. They had all my appliances in stock and offered immediate delivery! In addition, because we had paid the $59 delivery charge for a purchase with RC Willey last fall, we got free delivery for the 3 appliances since the free delivery 12 month window was still open to us. Nice. Moreover, the delivery team was organized and punctual. The guys were extraordinarily strong and gingerly installed the appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) without damage, water leaks, and wore shoe covers for our home. No doubt, we'll be back to RC Willey for future purchases. read more

I ordered replacement cushions for my patio set back in November 2023. This is a patio set that is still found in their showroom. I was told at the time that these cushions won't come in until spring due to patio furniture being a seasonal item that is shipped in the spring. It is now almost summer and I'm still waiting for the cushions. I called customer service and the parts department and was told that there was an issue with the vendor (meaning the cushions have not been shipped). I have yet to get an update. RC Willey website couldn't even give me the courtesy of letting me know why I was encountering an error which is because I had applied in 2013 and they had my email on file. I wish I could leave no stars. Had to go to the store everyday for a week with a furniture and gift card issue. The furniture came with no instructions and a chair that didn't work. Josephine at the store was useless. Said she would call the next day but didn't. Didn't know how the theater seating worked. Called customer service which takes a long time to have someone check out the chair. Came the next day and decided the cup unit electrical had issues. Had to order the part but didn't after I called the next day. Vacation home and was going back so I had them deliver a new chair for the section. Works now but no manual. Left several messages for the furniture manager but no one has called me back. Josephine called and said the manuals were online which was a lie, then said thats what they told her during training. Had to spend several hours trying to find the manufacturer to have them send me the manual because their website doesn't have it online. Waiting for Matt, the furniture manager to call today after 4 because they are in a meeting, Guess what? I'm sure I won't get a call back. My husband and I went in to purchase furniture for an entire 3 bedroom home plus dining room. We absolutely loved our salesman, Kory Vance from the moment he popped his head around the corner to say hello. Kory!!! Always ask for Kory, trust me!! He has been working there for over 20+ years. That says a lot! He helped us find everything we wanted from the color of the furniture, the style, rugs, gave me his opinion on color coordinating, etc. He knew his way around the whole store. When I found something, hubby came over, (because hubby enjoyed one of the couches so much, he took a nap, j/k lol) gave his two cents and off Kory and I went again. I have purchased everything in my home from RC Willet, but this is the last straw. I had purchased my mother a mattress back in 2017 because she needed a nicer mattress. The mattress has a 10 year warranty on it. The mattress over the years had sunk and was lumpy. We reached out to RC Wiley, they enacted the warranty and sent out a specialist who confirmed the mattress was lumpy and sinking. They approved the warranty claim and rewarded us the full amount to get "any mattress we wanted" at the store. Mind you, I believed I purchased a mattress, 10" memory foam, having it delivered to my moms. I had no idea that it had been the wrong mattress all along. Only discovering this when the replacement mattress arrived. RC Willey charged me for the 10" mattress but had only delivered an 8" mattress. We only realized this because when the new mattress was delivered, the deliver person said it's the same exact mattress, didn't you order the 10". Yes we did, we did that because we felt it would be a better mattress. Driving to the store, we argued with the manager David Vargas, saying that we got the wrong mattress. He didn't believe us, kept using the excuse that we had to wait for it to "air out". Well, 10 hours later if airing out, we still not only got the wrong mattered that matched what we had back in 2017, we got it again. Paying for something that wasn't even the right mattes in the first place. Mind you I am handicapped and he excused a customer saying "sorry" for me being in the way as they passed us and went around us in my wheelchair. Making me feel like I was in the way. Nice!!! Discrimination! So, 6 years ago, I spent money on what I believed was a 10" mattress, my mother never said anything not knowing the difference, only when when we reported the claim for the poor craftsmanship of the mattress, and receiving hat we believe would be a 10" memory foam mattress was still only the "SAME" 8" mattress. So, not only did this "manager" argue me saying I got what I paid for, he continued to insist that I was wrong and had to wait for the mattress to "air out" remember. What happened to customers telling you the fn truth and you listening to them. Now you wasted my time (3 weeks) to get it, you delivered the 8" mattress TWICE, not thinking I would notice. But now we have a real issue. You ripped me off the first time, I paid for something I sadly didn't realize I never got until this happenstance happened. So, answer that first. Second, why are you causing me grief when I am telling you the truth about the mattress, (wasting time and insulting me) third, you excused me for another customer while I'm handicap in a wheelchair in your store. There is a lot you need to answer for David. You insulted me, insulated my mother, played me like I'm naïve, and don't have a clue about buying products. I am an artist, a designer in fact. I know depth, sizes, I'm special, and I don't need a ruler or measuring device to tell me the difference of 8" to a 10" mattress. I demand something be done. I demand an apology for your rudeness about the dismissal of me as a customer in a store as you apologize for me being in customers "way"; not ok. Next you played me like a fool and wasted my time, my mother's time, delivery people's time, to tell me I am "wrong" when I wasn't at all. You were. Bought a dishwasher which was fine, however prior to buying it when I initially entered the establishment no one seemed to want my business. Every sales men and or women floated around or was sitting around. I thought y'all worked on commission?Perhaps I might not have been visually capable of affording anything in there? Was I judge by my looks? I made it to the back to the utility clearance and notice an older salesman peaking inside so I figured make myself known and wondered around in hopes that he would see me and ask if there was something he could help me with. NOPE. Not a peep. I had to reach out an young blonde lady working in the electronics department who was pleasant enough to FIND a salesman to help me out. Well I came back to RC Willey after an exhaustive search for a couch. I dealt with Kirk who was awesome. Very helpful, not pushy, informative and let me sit on every couch in peace. So I bought a new couch and love seat. Thanks RC Willey and Kirk for being a super stars with the customer service, looking forward to sitting on the couch when it arrives Saturday. *****update***** So they delivered the couches today and no doubt the mid rise I live in is a difficult spot to make deliveries. The elevator, while it can handle most things, bigger things like a couch sometimes have to go up or down the stairs. Houghton and his partner did a stellar job delivering the couches. They called early to let me know they'd be here within the hour and they were! By the time I headed down to let them in the maintenance guy had already let them in and the love seat was already being brought up. Then, they grabbed the couch which had to be brought up the stairs and the guys handled it professionally and quickly. Unfortunately I had no cash (I rarely carry cash anymore) to tip them but wrote them a tip check. Lol. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about the whole process. 4 years ago I purchase an appliance package (5) kitchen pieces. I paid for an extended warranty, so I removed my 5 kitchen appliances from my Home Warranty Company for that period of time. They created a new package for me minus those appliances and I can not add them back in until the 5 years is up. That worked out great. I recently called about a small problem with my dishwasher. RC Willey came out ordered a fan replaced the fan then decided it wasn't the fan but one of the motors. Okay, the tech placed an order for a new motor. I received a call from RC Willey that they wanted to replace the dishwasher with the same model. Okay, sounds great whatever you need to do to get it working was my response. However, replacing it voided the warranty. I can not add it to my home warranty package for another year and a half. The warranty will not carry over for the remainder of the year and a half. I now have to purchase another warranty. My biggest issue was that the warranty department person simply just kept repeating the same phrase over and over again without even offering a bit of understanding for what I was saying. The old warranty does not carry over to a new product. That's it. Then to top it off, when I said goodbye and suggested that I would call and speak to a manager to see if they can help me out she did not hang up her phone before making a snide remark. So unprofessional. I have never had a problem with products, or customer service before and I have purchased furniture and appliances for 2 homes from them. I am a little disappointed. Fortunately, I purchased using my Amex and am covered through them for a year. I just hope it doesn't break down after that before I can add it to my home warranty. Always something. read more

Caution!!! If you are buying flooring laminate/wood from RC Willey be prepared they will charge you much more than you expect to pay. They will come in after you have been quoted and paid and then charge you a significant portion of the already overpriced installation to level and grind etc. ver disappointing. I used Lowe's on my previous house within the last year. Such a better experience. I picked a color I was unhappy with and Lowe's without any grief agreed to replace and simply charged me the cost of installation. read more

In November I purchased major kitchen appliances with the help of Vanessa Lugo who is an absolutely exceptional Sales Associate. Vanessa was friendly and professional. She addressed all of my questions / concerns, gave me options, but was never pushy or condescending. Vanessa made a usually stressful situation into an excellent experience. When I had a minor issue post delivery, she immediately followed up and it was quickly resolved.
