Huge furniture store with lots of beautiful choices no matter what you are looking for they probably have it. Living room furniture as well as bedroom sets, outdoor furniture, cabinets art and more. No pressure which was super nice. I made a few purchases that were super simple. Got a delivery date within 2 weeks we were happy about that. They also had beautiful Christmas and Halloween decorations set up. We also got a great massage experience in automatic chairs that was amazing. ** BEWARE ** The worst customer service I've ever dealt with today so beware when you buy anything from this store & you receive it damaged you will deal with attitude and horrible customer service!! I bought a $1200 stove, the first one arrived damaged and then I got the replacement stove, and it was damaged too. The delivery driver stated they stack stoves in the warehouse so that's why it got damaged he believes. I had to call RC Willey again to get a 3rd stove. Day 1: I called customer service on the day I received the 2nd damaged stove they said they can't help me call back tomorrow because you can't call about issues on the same day of delivery apparently. Day 2: I call back and I want some kind of reimbursement for my time & a new stove since I took 2 days off to receive 2 damaged stoves. The lady said she will send a message to management, and I will need to call back tomorrow with an outcome. Day 3: I call back and I dealt with Lisa the rudest customer service rep FULL of attitude, questioning me who I talked to yesterday and was very unprofessional. I didn't know I should be taking notes of who I talked to each time, I asked her don't you see notes in your system? That made her even more mad. The Manger had to get on the line because she didn't want to deal with us, she said & the manager was just as rude too. They couldn't offer us any credit/reimbursement for taking a 3rd day off of work to receive another replacement stove. I'm very disappointed! Installers left with replacement massage chair inop due to improper assembly. I emailed mfg support as installers were driving away, the support mgr said the code was due to internal plugs not connected properly. He instructed me on how to fix, I did and the chair then operated properly ... but neither of the side panels would remain seated in place. I made a service request and eventually a follow-up tech came out, reseated the panels and left; after a couple of cycles they unseated. I made another service request and eventually a woman from service scheduling called and offered me two service dates, Nov 15 or 17. I chose the 15th and was told someone would call me the night before with a time window. No call / txt on the night of the 14th and no one called or came to our house on the 15th to fix the chair. Today is Nov 28th and we've heard nothing - zip, zero, nada, zilch, bupkis - from RC Willey about correcting the chair. My MIL told me to come here to check out their appliances when I told her I was looking for a Fridge. The one I wanted at Costco online, they did not have on display so I looked to see if they had it to touch and see. Yep, they sure did for $600 more. Several salesmen approached us numerous times asking if we needed help. One of them told me that they were having a no sales tax sale which was less than the $600 more price tag. I politely said no thank you, we were just browsing. I assume they work on commission of some sort. The store is beautiful. Everything you can think of for your home. I enjoyed the seeing the entertainment section with the pinball machines and pool tables. Only IF... sigh. So I will probably not step foot in one again. We had a good experience at the RC Willey Rocklin store, especially working with Steve Romero. He was professional, patient, and very helpful in guiding us through the process. What really stood out was his follow-up and support all the way until the last minute to make sure everything went smoothly. He truly provided excellent customer service. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery experience. When the delivery staff arrived, I politely asked if they could remove their shoes or wear booties before bringing the furniture inside. I was told "no, and if you have a problem, call my manager." I accepted this because I did not want to cancel the delivery and reschedule for another day, but the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer inviting people into my home, I don't think that was an unreasonable request. During the delivery, one of the delivery staff injured his leg and was bleeding onto my carpet. We were concerned about him and tried to help by providing bandages twice to stop the bleeding. I truly felt bad for him and hope he is doing well. In addition, there was damage to my stairs during the delivery process, and I was not informed about it at the time. I only discovered the damage after the team had already left my home, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I am giving this review 5 stars mainly out of respect and appreciation for Steve Romero's outstanding support and professionalism throughout the process. We purchased a sectional reclining sofa from this store a few years ago for about $4,500. At the time, we were assured that the fabric was high quality and would last for many years. We took great care of the sofa, but unfortunately it has not held up as promised. The reclining locks no longer work properly, and the seats shift whenever someone sits down. Even more disappointing, the original gray fabric has faded significantly and now looks like a patchy mix of black and white. When I contacted the store for assistance, they were not very helpful and simply referred me to the manufacturer. To make matters worse, they no longer carry this sofa, making it difficult to obtain replacement parts or even reupholster it with matching materials. Based on my experience, I don't believe this company stands behind the products they sell or provides the long-term customer support you would expect after spending thousands of dollars on furniture. Unlike many of these reviews, I had a great experience here. I came for the Labor Day Sales after moving to the area and needing a small couch. Living Spaces had a long lead time, and Ashley had bad options, so I decided to try here. This store is like Disneyland for adults needing furniture, the decor and areas tend to have fun themes (and the place is huge). I bought my couch from their clearance area in the back for a really good price and found the sales people very friendly and helpful! They do not deliver on items under a certain dollar figure, but they do load it for you from their loading dock for no extra fee. My wife and I bought a refrigerator, washing machine and dryer from this location. Couple days after our appliances were delivered our refrigerator started making a loud knocking noise periodically throughout the day. I immediately called up RC Willeys customer service to get it fixed or replaced. The lady who I spoke to was going to just have a new one delivered to swap it them out. That was until their technician got involved. I was then told the soonest he could make it out was a week from when I called in. It was an agonizing week listening to it knocking every 1-2 hours. When their technician guys came out they easily fixed the problem and explained sometimes when the guys in the warehouse load them that their dollyies for loading them bend this metal tab pushing it into the back fan of the refrigerator. Simple as that. Here's where it went wrong, upon pushing our refrigerator back into its place the compression fitting for the water popped off the back and started spraying water all over the place. One of the guys was very considerate and tried to help as much as he could but it was the the other technician who threw his hands up saying we needed to contact a plumber and that it wasn't their fault. Wtf?! Funny how it worked fine before you moved it. Upon closer inspection I now know what they did. Rather than disconnecting the water to service the back of the fridge, they kept it hooked up and by doing so pulled the water line so tight it stripped the compression fitting. They basically turned the water off to our entire house and left us in this condition. Would I buy something from them again... hell no! Just for the unprofessionalism displayed by the technician they employ. read more

We came in to see the double drawer dishwashers from fisher paykel and cafe by ge. They had both items on the floor so I could inspect them. I had a day-one failure on a brand-new washing machine from RC Willey, and the experience exposed how broken their "customer service" really is. Let's count the ways RC Willey failed: 1. Day-one appliance failure can't even be logged. When the washer failed on the install date, I was told they couldn't record the issue because their system is "locked" until the day closes out. That's an internal limitation passed directly onto the customer. 2. Corporate and store operations are completely disconnected. I spoke with corporate support, who assured me my account was "updated." When I contacted the store the next day, there was zero record of the issue. Either the systems don't talk to each other, or customers are being placated with empty promises. 3. No contingency planning, no urgency. RC Willey clearly plans for everything to go perfectly. There's no excess capacity for failures, so even a day-one defect means taking more time off work and waiting days for a replacement. In my case, the swap is scheduled four days later, while the 30-day return window continues ticking away. RC Willey claims to offer customer service, but it only exists when nothing goes wrong. When you actually need help, the response is limited to "I'm sorry," instead of "Here's how we'll fix this." At this point, appliances are commodities. Customer service is the only real differentiator. RC Willey's service is no better, and possibly worse, than any big-box store. So the real question is: why pay a premium for service that doesn't exist when it matters most, you may as well save money and shop by price. read more

We had carpet installed in February 2026 RC Willey-Henderson location, we noticed a flaw in the carpet and had to file a claim that was declined by the manufacturer. The Flooring Manager, Jan Gregerson stepped in and made us aware of the 120 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We picked out a new carpet and RC Willey covered out labor cost for the reinstall. We are so pleased with our new carpet and want to thank Jan for her exceptional customer service to make a dull situation with the manufacturer to a great situation with satisfied customers that will be back to RC Willey. read more

We bought a couch and loveseat from RC Willey 3 years ago and paid for the warranty. Two sections of the headrests on the supposed "leather" couch and loveseat are disintegrating. There's no way that the couch is full leather because I have another leather couch from them that i6purchased over 12 years ago, and there is nothing wrong with the material. They said it's not covered under the warranty because it's from head oils. So, having normal head resting on these causes that!? And that's somehow not a defect!? Absolutely ridiculous. And it makes zero sense given that it's not happening on any other sections of the couch. Terrible customer service and waste of money to pay for a warranty that doesn't fix such an obvious defect! I will NEVER purchase from them again, nor will I ever recommend them to someone. Again, gotta love that they're blaming this on "hair oils: when none of my other furniture has done this. I have a leather recliner (not from RC Willey) that I purchased at the same time. NO damages where our "hair oils" would be. Same for the couch that we purchased over 12 years ago. Purchased an Electrolux Clothes dryer online from RC Willey. Was scheduled for delivery today, and it did arrive, albiet 2 hours beyond delivery window which caused me to miss an appointment. That was annoying, but the real problem was the promised "installation" I paid for. It was nonexistant. When they removed my old dryer, which had a drain tube connected, they refused to unscrew the clamp to disconnect, saying they did not know what it was. They said I had a steam dryer. I do not. I disconnected it for them, then they noticed the new dryer had the VERY SAME hose, and I said well it looks like you need to connect it the way the other one was, and they refused. He then turned the power on WITH THE SHIPPING PACKAGING STILL INSIDE THE DRYER drum, styrofoam and all. He said it needed too run a 60 minute "initial cycle", and literally ran out the door! I noticed that the start light was flickering, and realized that the packaging was still inside and that the drum was not turning! Who knows, he may have shorted out the motor. I turned the power off, and called customer service, only to be told there was nothing they could do now, and did I try to remove the packaging?. I said no, that was their job, and since the unit may now be damaged, I don't want to touch it. I asked that they send someone out immediately to install it as promised, or in the alternative, come and get the unit. They said they could set and appointment for a week from today. Sorry, unacceptable. I've already waited a week, and I should not need to get back in line so to speak behind purchasers who came after me due to their error. She said no. I told her I'd be contacting an installer to come out and do what their people should have done and will send them a bill. JUST DONT BUY FROM THEM! This is the second purchase in a row we've made at RC Willey and been so disappointed in their customer service. We went to get one item. Javier, the sales person, was awesome. He went above and beyond to help us choose the chair we wanted. And when my husband asked if they had a veterans' discount, Javier said they sure do! So far, so good. Five star review for Javier the sales man! Thanks! But then, we went back to the cashier. She looked at the veteran's ID card in his phone (the VA only provides digital cards now, as of 2022) and said no. We asked her to make sure. She went in the back and asked management, and. they still said no. I wanted the $50 savings, so I asked to talk to her manager. Four star review for the cashier. Out came a tall guy who said he's one of the sales managers. I didn't hear his name. He said nope, no discount because we don't have a card. My husband showed him the VA website where it specifically says there are no more physical cards. The manager didn't look at the phone, just kept smirking at my husband. I said, "You're not even looking at it," and he said he didn't have his glasses. I told him his glasses are right in his pocket and to put them on. He said no. Then he said, fine, and started interrogating my husband: what branch of the armed forces? When did you serve? Where did you serve? My husband, BECAUSE HE'S NOT A LIAR, easily answered all the questions. The guy said, well, I guess you can have the discount. Zero stars for the sales manager. I wish I heard his name. The receipt didn't have any names on it. We will think twice for our next furniture purchase. They don't make this info easy to see/find unless you dig and give you no warning of the pending interest dump. Additionally they make their website and statements purposely confusing to obscure this fact and never give an expiration warning. read more

Paid $100. for service technician to come out and determine why my armless recliner suddenly gave out. Technician could not find anything wrong with unit however he determined there was absolutely something wrong with it. He advised thathe would write up and submit for replacement said I should here back in a couple days. I called on 5/6/26 for an update and was told I should have heard something by now and was told to call back on Monday. I didn't here anything back so I decided to wait until returning from vacation on 5/18/26. Was told by customer service they would email the service dept. Who would follow up with me. Still no word. Called today 5/21/26 to get update... no updates available but was told by customer service again they would email and someone will contact me... Asked to speak with a "supervisor". I spoke with Evelyn... she was less than helpful and acted as if she didn't know why i was bothering her. I asked if the last "CS Rep" advised her of my issue, she said no, i asked if she pulled up my account information so she could get familiar with what I am calling about, she said no. I said well i shouldn't need to spend another 10 mins explaining the issue again to yet another person but told her anyway. She seemed less then concerned with my concerns then proceeded to tell me that the service dept was closed and she would email. I said is there anything else that can be done for someone to follow up with me, since its been almost a month now? She said thats what she could do, no offer to personally call me back or anything , just kept trying to get me off the phone then told me to have a good day and hung up on me. I was livid after being on the phone for over 30 mins of my time and getting nowhere. I immediately called back to speak with a store manager as this was terrible customer service because at this point, im feeling like my hard earned money was infact stolen since they make you pay the fee but there is no follow up afterwards. So i paid 100 for nothing bassically for someone to come out and confirm tgat there is something wrong with my expensive couch. I was the able to speak with Brandon who was very apologetic and said he would look into and follow up with me even though he is in a different dept. I appreciated his professionalism and concern formy position. I am requesting a refund for my service fee at this point since I do feel like RC willey has stolen my money. RC Willey cannot service our 4 year old power recliner made by USA Premium Leather Furniture in Salt Lake City. It was purchased with a matching 2nd recliner & sofa. It's a $1450 recliner. We're trying to get a replacement matching leather panel chewed up by our pup. RC Willey says we need the serial number of the chair. The recliner is completely disassembled. No visible SN on either recliner. Anywhere! We found a manufacturers tag on the bottom, no SN. The manufacturer, USA Premium Leather Furniture communicates only to retailers, not customers. If a customer is required to provide a serial number that does not exist, how can I recommend RC Willey or USA Premium Leather Furniture. read more

In the midst of the Pandemic, we were in dire need of new couches. Our previous couches we bought from RC Willey had been abused by couch potatoes! Yeah, they abused the hell out of my couches, I say couches because we like to make the most out of our seating capacity, so we have two couches in our den. . Our leather couches just had the life sucked out of them, they were in great shape, no rips, tears, or scratches, the cushion wasn't as fluffy as it once was. Just not like they used to be when we first bought them! So we posted an ad for free couches and the people drove over three hours and hauled them away! Wish RC Willey could take the couches but they can't. We came back to RC Willey and loved that they thoroughly complied with the COVID Rules! There was a greeter out front explaining their policy. We had a salesperson assigned to us during our visit and his name was Sam. Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable, we went back and forth on what we wanted and he was patient. After about a half an hour of walking and looking, we found them! We ended up getting two leather couches again. Sam looked online and they were at the Utah warehouse. He confirmed that we would get our couches in five days. We were a bit skeptical but he was right. They came right on time. We really have grown to love RC Willey. We just bought a new dining room and hutch set. We love that set as well. We did travel out of town and looked at some furniture stores there and didn't find anything we liked. Customer service is not good! Our delivery was scheduled for 12:15 to 2:15 we sat here all day. No one called us to say they're running behind. It's now 6:36 PM. They just called and said they're running late.(really) they'll be here in 30 minutes to an hour. The second person on the truck should be making phone calls letting people know how far behind they are. We had many things to get done. Did not expect to sit here all day until evening. JD who was our sales associate went out of his way to make sure we were given the best price to beat out all other competitors (including Costco). Upon delivery of our new appliances we had a ding in our refrigerator door. I alerted JD of this and he had a replacement door delivered and installed. i bought a refrigerator to replace one that broke down. i was able to pick out the size i needed. The delivery was seemless and the delivery guys were very careful moving in the new and taking out the old frig. No problems! After i had the new frig connected to the electrical outlet. i noted that the freezer light didn't come on. I called RC Willey and I gave them the info on the frig. I was told they will replace the frig because of the freezer light defect. I decided to check out the model of the frig online and to my surprise the model actually doesn't come with a freezer light, which the salesperson didn't tell me. Further more, RC Willey was going to ship me the same frig without a freezer light...lol! I think the sales and the customer service staffs needs a bit more training. I think it could be costly for the company because of similar mistakes. read more
