He was responsive (literally within a few hours of me reaching out) and got me scheduled the same day I reached out. Also VERY reasonable pricing. The day of installation he came to our house and finished in a few hours, INCLUDING wall prep. The previous installer we were going to use literally told us that our walls were crap and they were going to need 4 days of labor to complete the installation. Clearly not the case since Don prepped the wall and installed our wallpaper all in the same day - and did a fantastic job at that. Truly had the BEST experience with Don. At this point, it's not even about the quote anymore it's about the lack of communication. If there were concerns about the project or it wasn't something you could take on, that should have been communicated clearly and professionally.
