The parking can be a concern but if you go at a good time during the day you are able to find parking if no spots are available other parking is available within walking distance so no issue. Around the holidays parking can be an issue nevertheless you are definitely going to find something for your sports fanatic fan here from a pen to a hat. My service with Chase was phenomenal from entering the store to showing me every aspect of technical gear I would need on a two week European hike, or even local in the Appalachian. I walked out knowing much more and still researching. They did not have the specific hard to locate Lowa boots I wanted to try on. They are rarely retail, closest is NC. No purchases yet, but soon.

My daughter needed new shoes for a camping trip and Darren, as usual was awesome! Lots of great knowledge and advice and patience. She found some New Balance that was perfect and the right price. Darren's customer service skills are unmatched and I'm so glad that he was there to help us. The chain carries a lot of name brands like Adidas, Nike and Hoka's. The overall store in my opinion has not been as strong, but the selection has been every bit as good. They like others have cut back on staff and it can be challenging to get help when shopping. Customer service is not nearly what it used to be. When checking out the cashier was downright not friendly. So this four-star is much more about a single experience with Darren than the overall store experience through the years. If you need some shoes, ask for Darren.

We saw a solid amount of outdoor adventure gear and then looked at hiking and summer clothes for a while. We did ask for assistance and the staff were friendly and took us right to the area we were looking for. The back of the store does have a mall entrance and it's located right by Maggie McFly's restaurant.
