Called back this past Monday and was told earliest they could deliver now was Friday. Told the young lady to set me up for then. She came back to phone and said I am scheduled for Friday at mid day. Now it is Friday and after sitting here at the jobsite waiting they are telling me if they make it at all it will be late this evening (as late as 8pm) AND WOULD prefer tommorrow or Monday. This is terrible service considering how expensive the material is. A week and a half after purchase and still can't get started.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Humorous that they call themselves "satisfied"…read moreconstruction because they do anything but satisfy their customers. He will tell you he is a licensed contractor but he is not! He only has an LLC to do repairs not remodels. We hired Douglas to do a kitchen remodel and he and his crew were absolutely horrible. They left messes, destroyed our lawn, were extremely unprofessional and actually yelled at me when I asked a problem that they created to be fixed. Instead of leveling our floor, they laid tile on a floor that had a 2 in slope to it. Our cabinet guy had to build one side of the cabinet 2 inches higher than the other just to make it level. After we asked him to correct the issue, his solution was laying tile on top of the tile he had already laid to try to make the floor level. As you can imagine, this made the problem worse. And as if it couldn't get worse, we found out that he wasn't paying his subs. Our cabinet guy threatened to take a mechanical Lien out on our property if he didn't get paid. Did Douglas man up and do the right thing? I'm sure you guessed, no. His solution was to completely abandon the job after not completing any of the work we paid him to do. He stopped answering our calls, wouldn't reply to emails, and never showed up to get any of his stuff. We Even tried serving him with a default letter and he has evaded us for months. BEWARE! Do not get sucked in by his " charm". He wants your money and that's it. There were many red flags that we ignored and we paid the price for it. We are just now getting things finished and he walked off the job in March. It took so long because no other contractors wanted to touch his horrible work.
