While I did not know Attorney Brown personally, I was familiar with her through my former place of employment and she was very well liked by students, as evidenced by the end of their semester evaluations. The family member took my advice and went to her office, talked to one of her attorneys on staff and immediately hired them. The family member told me that they were VERY pleased with the service, and efficiency of the entire client/attorney encounter and process. As for me, a year later I found that I too would need legal assistance, and I went directly to the Law Offices of Tracy A. Brown without hesitation. I was fortunate to have Attorney Brown personally handle my case, which I did not expect. I went into her office a nervous wreck and left feeling like a weight was lifted and that I knew I had made the RIGHT choice. I am here to tell you, she stayed on my case from day one (1), kept me abreast of everything she was doing; i.e, researching, receiving, calls,and was prompt on my paperwork and followups. Whenever I was in a panic mode upon receiving disturbing news, I would contact her and she would quickly quell my fears and once told me "not to worry, that this is what she is here for, and I could ALWAYS call her, email her or stop by and that I was free to contact her anytime I needed to"....now that is what I am talking about a great attorney! She NEVER made be feel like I was bothering her. If I emailed her or dropped something off, I would have a response back immediately the next day.
In my interactions with Attorney Brown, I found her to be very calming, pleasant, patient, understanding and showed genuine concern and compassion for me -- she NEVER treated me as a $$$ or a burden, and she listened to me and gave me good advice on how to handle situations during that time and in the future. I wish to thank her for all that she has done to bring me to a point where I can live my life without a burden that weighed heavy on me for a very long time.
