What a terrible company. Needed a light replaced on my front porch. Told them it was 20 feet high…read moreand sent a picture of the existing light. They sent a guy out that had to use a translator app to communicate. He came prepared with a 16 foot ladder and realized he couldn't do it. Several days went by and no call or email to either do the job or apologize they can't replace lights that high. I sent the an email, just to give them a chance, and no response. I am done with RCS. They won't last.

This company runs a bait and switch scam. They ask you to send them a $399 deposit which they say…read morein writing will be for diagnosis and repair. Of course if its a bigger job you will have to pay more. The issue is that I had a 20 minute job at most and they sent out a technician that didn't do anything and couldn't speak a word of English. I no what the issue is and I know what needed to be done. I thought he was going to his van to get a 40 amp breaker, instead, the guy left. So i call RCS and I ask them why the guy left without doing anything. They called me back and said you have a complaint against our technician. I said no, I gave him a $20 tip for showing up, but he left without doing anything. So get this, I just got a proposal for the job which says it will cost $1,140.00, on top of the $399 I just paid. The job is about a $300 job at most, including parts and labor. My advice is that if you aren't mechanically inclined or too old to know better, you sre the customer they are counting on. Because they know they can charge you 4 times more than what's appropriate and you don't know any better. This whole game they play is to scam naive people.
