One of the places never called me back, one showed up but was way too expensive, and then there was Walker Painting - as Goldilocks would say, they were "Just right"! Walker Painting painted our deck, the interior of our garage, our front porch and a two-story entry way wall inside our house. These four items were the things we were most concerned would be strikes against our house - now they are definite assets!!! What are the things you are looking for a in a painting company? Excellent customer service/communication? Check. Get the work done when they say they will? Check. Do an excellent job? Check Charge a reasonable price? Check We are so happy with the work Walker Painting did - I know that we'll get at a good portion if not all of what we paid back in a higher selling price.

I really liked working with Stephanie at Walker Painting. Overall her painters did a good paint…read morejob, however they didn't cover a lot of areas except the floors & switch plates. They got paint spray & drips all over the tub, toilets, shower walls, mirrors & wall lights. I had to have them come back out to clean it up, but they still missed some of the areas. We got tired of dealing with it & cleaned up the rest I fit ourselves. Looking back, I should have made them a list, instead of just shouwin him the missed areas.

My time is no more or less valuable than others but if I make an appt, I don't want to be blown off. I call at 4:00 and the first thing they want to do is reschedule me. I'd already taken time off! They said they'd get back to me with an ETA and I didn't get anything. They really didn't seem to care so I guess they won't care about my honest review. It's not like I was asking for same day service. Professionals don't do this. If there's a problem, a professional will call you and make you aware of the problem. They didn't call. I had to call them and when they told me they'd put me on the schedule first thing the following day, I said NO! I waited 5 hours before I called. I've called another company and I'll edit this review after the work is completed. The MOORES DOORS COMPANY HAS NO PROBLEMS WASTING YOUR TIME SO DON'T LET THEM. Don't do business with people like these who don't care if they waste your time. There are better companies so use another company!

Called at noon on Sunday of holiday weekend expecting to get a voice-mail. Instead, Mark answered…read moreand was working on another door a few miles away. He showed up within the hour and fixed my door in an hour as well. I knew my torsion spring was broken but decided to take care of both while he was here. I explained that the door opener seemed to struggle some for the several months, but I was not sure the correct springs were installed by the builder. He looked at the springs and agreed that he had a larger spring that would make it easier for opener and last several thousand more openings. Mark was very quick, clean, and thorough through the whole process. He lubricated every single part on both my doors not just the one that was broken. He adjusted the chain on one opener. Then he literally adjusted every single hinge until the door was rolling smooth as ever and very little noise!! Would highly recommend him! Even heard him give out a competitors name and number to contact for someone who called out of his service area. Could have easily said he doesn't work in that area and been done.
