5 Stars -- Would Give 6 If I Could!…read more JLS Craftsmen recently replaced an old privacy fence in our huge yard -- a fence that had been poorly installed by an acquaintance of a previous homeowner. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. Our project coordinator, Jordan, walked the yard with us, listened to our concerns, and truly understood our vision. Our home is unique, and we wanted a one-of-a-kind fence to complement it. Jordan was responsive and thoughtful, helping us work out the details to make it just right. Alex, the foreman, was fantastic to work with. He communicated clearly about the work they'd be doing each day, answered all my questions, and was genuinely dedicated to getting every detail perfect. He worked incredibly hard -- sometimes 12-hour days -- and his passion for fencing and true craftsmanship really shows in the final result. JLS Craftsmen did an outstanding job. The fence looks beautiful and is exactly what we hoped for. We're already thinking about adding a deck and hope to work with Jordan and Alex again when the time comes. My only complaint?
