We were told to come in and look at other returned pieces from the same sectional we bought that were also defective. He wanted us to mix and match to make a set !!! Before me & my wife got to the room with the other defective pieces We Both; Me & My Wife Heard the Son The Owner Tell His Salesman That " He Hates Us & We Make Him Sick." So I walked in and said We Make You Sick ?? Because we bought a $ 1500.00 Defective Sectional ?? ( His Face & Jaw Dropped he had no clue we over herd him Ranting !!) , Now we are done & you will give us a full refund now !! Which he did, he wrote us a check for the full price; which we went right to his banking branch to cash the check; when he handed me the check he had no words & offered no apologies !!! This was unbelievable & unacceptable !!! Fyi; this furniture warehouse has been in the neighborhood since I go back as far 1989 and I was told his father was the real man to do business with back in the days by one of his salesmen that actually apologized for his bosses behavior !!
