When looking for a studio closer to my home, I worked with BEI again to obtain a space in the Cedar Avenue Business Center in St. Charles. Austin Dempsey, Scott Prudden and Kristen Johnson were so helpful and understanding of the needs of creatives! Our building has been growing with artists and it has made the location perfect. I appreciate BEI being easy to reach, approachable, willing to help in all ways possible, and appreciative of their tenants - often treating us like family. You don't find that in many places. To show how supportive they are of the artists in the building, they even allowed us to temporarily use some large office space in our building to curate and create an art gallery that we could open to the public.
