The ensuing gush of water has me cost thousands of dollars in damages. Carpeting and linoleum must be replaced. Even the drywall must be cut two feet up (more in other areas) as it's all water damaged. My unit is off the market as it's now uninhabitable. Need-less-to say, I find their business standards to be lax or non-existant. Their lack of professionalism is costing me more than I can afford.
