I leased a condo and had to work with Re/Max since the owner did not live in the country (Re/Max managed the unit for the owner). I found Jackie, the Business Manager to be very helpful and prompt if I ever had an issue with anything in the unit or questions about anything. I also thought It was polite/respectful of them to text/call me when they needed to do a showing of the unit (I am moving out and the owner wants to sell). If the time did not work for me they had no issue rescheduling and they even blocked off the weekend for me since family was coming in town to visit me. read more

THE MOST DISHONEST PPL EVER!! I've been requesting my pre-approval letter from DOMENIC NOIA and JAMIE GODZICKI for about a month now. They simply ignored my requests to provide me the pre-approval letter. Domenic says he emailed me the details and wants to talk about it over the phone BUT THAT IS NOT A PRE-APPROVAL LETTER. your call, email or song and dance aren't a pre-approval letter D. I can't use his email or call to make offers, he should know this. AFTER I got fed up and told him to take his pre-approval and shove it, he finally says he will send it. So if you want a pre-approval letter just say you don't want one . I think Domenic didn't want to give me the pre-approval letter because I was referred to him by Basil @ Re-max and he didn't want me to use it with a different realtor. This review is well overdue but late is better than never. My wife and I worked with Brendan McNabb, a member of Basel Tarabein's team, in April/May of 2016. My family was living in an apartment, our lease was up at the end of May, and we didn't want to renew. I went through Veterans United for our mortgage and sent out emails to several agents, expressing my situation, time crunch and desire to close in a month. Brendan was the only agent/associate that responded without doubt. I had a gut feeling and my wife trusted my choice. We couldn't have had a better experience. Brendan worked with us every step of the way, kept in near daily touch, and felt more like working with a friend. He's smart, honest, funny, and calm. We chose our real estate lawyer and home inspector based on his recommendation. Our appraiser hadn't turned in his paperwork by the day before closing. Brendan continued constant communication and came through to have everything completed for us only hours before close. Our mortgage officer stated that Brendan was a godsend and the best realtor he'd ever worked with. Had a meeting with the owner, Basel about listing my house. I found him to be pretty arrogant, he would ask me a question and then just talk over me when I tried to answer. The meeting was super short and went no where, he talked about himself a lot. The office staff seemed pretty nice and friendly, that was the only plus.
