They failed to use $2,000 of seller paid closing costs towards allowable fees so the seller got an extra $2,000 in their pocket and I ended up with $2,000 added to my loan. Nobody from Mission Hills came to the closing with us so this was overlooked until later and at that point it was too late. I wrote a letter of complaint to owner/supervisor and NEVER heard back from them. My real estate broker even said they did it all wrong and won't reccomend them to any clients. Do not reccomend at all!!

We decided to go with Molly Nichols from Remax for our real estate agent…read more We signed a 3 mth. contract. The last 6 weeks of the contract we never heard from Molly even after leaving several messages. We then reached out to her broker at Remax Integrity and left messages with no reply. So unethical of a business and an agent not to reply. Then Molly did contact us stating she had been sick and our contract was expiring the next day! Oh how professional of her to reach out the day before the contract expires? So there we were with our property off the market thinking we will put it back on the market in the spring. Three weeks later, Molly contacted us stating there was a buyer. Great! We went through the hoops of finally accepting an offer, with the most unprofessionalism from Molly. Weeks would go by without a word from her. We never got the feeling she was representing us. She wouldn't even go to bat for us. Knowing what we wanted and didn't want. It seemed as though she was always representing the buyer, not us. Finally, the place closes and we forget something there. I emailed Molly and of course, NO REPLY. I finally reached out to the Buyer's Agent and she did respond. Therefore, a bad yelp for Molly and Remax for their unprofessional way of doing business. Never again!
