As buyer, I have my own present. However we walked in to openhouse, I did mention and wrote my agent's name, her agency name, and also verbally let her know that I will be working through my agent. I really liked the house and made offer very close to listing price on very next day. My offer was accepted by the seller and we were under contract. The very next day someone from Donna' agency started calling my cell phone and asking me to make an offer eventhough I already made offer through my agent. My attorney and my buyer agent sent her and seller's attorney all the required documentation on the same day the offer was accepted. The seller's attorney and Donna never acknowledged the receipt of the contract and attorney review process. When we are close to end the attorney review, donna asked us my agent to make offer higher than what was accepted by the seller. I am very disappointed with her because she wasted my time, my agent's time, and my attorney time. On top of that, i have to pay the money. My advise to buyer, please do not work with this listing agent. She will create unnecessary bidding wars.
