Pedro and his team redid my mom's roof this year as well as installing new gutters. I got a few estimates and his was somewhere in the middle (not the cheapest an also not the most expensive). Pedro explained the process and and also explained the costs and things that might have to be replaced. I also wanted to have some holes cut for skylights and vents and while their company does not do any interior type work, they put the outside parts of the skylights and the new vents in for me exactly where I asked (Pedro even helped me figure out a spot for the kitchen vent when we discovered the location I wanted was too close to a pipe). The time estimate Pedro gave was roughly 10 business days but he and his guys managed to finish a day early, which was great because being in a house while the roof is being put on is awful. I was very impressed by how well the whole operation was coordinated, with the guys work and material arrival and trash removal and running like a well oiled machine. There was also at least one occasion where Pedro did some inspections and made his guys redo something. I don't know exactly what it was but I saw him pointing and talking to his guy and then the guy went and undid a section by the edge of the roof and put new material down. Knowing that Pedro was inspecting for mistakes and making sure his guys did things exactly the way he wanted them done was comforting to know that he was paying attention the quality of the work. This Company was referred to me by my sister and brother-in-law. They had a leak repaired and were very satisfied with the work and price We called them to come out regarding a leak as well. They came out immediately to check and see how bad it was, and also to try and patch as much as I could in the rain and harsh conditions. They were able to stop a large portion of the leak. They came out immediately after a few days of no rain and repaired it. We have another down pour coming in a few days. I will post again and let you know how it held up. This is a late review. Sorry, but I feel this company deserves it, even late. This happened about a year ago. During a heavy rain last year, I noticed above my water heater there was a leak, stream of water trickling down in the garage. I knew it wasn't my water heater because I just replaced it. The rain was off and on and everytime it started raining, there was a stream of water leaking. I called Re Roof All American and spoke to Pedro. We agreed on a time and he came out. He had his guys go up and look. Came back and told me underneath the tiles was a bunch of dirt and debris blocking the water path, thus the water going in places it shouldn't have. He quoted a price, I agreed and he got it done within two hours. They removed the tiles and cleaned everything up. I have no clue or any knowledge of roofing. Pedro could've easily charged me an arm and a leg and I would've never known. I am so happy with his services, knowledge and professionalism. Great company! This is from my tenant, who was there during the work: The company you hired is great. Monday they removed the old roof and the rotted wood and fascia. Tuesday they applied new wood and got tar paper over the garage and most of the house. Wednesday and Thursday they applied the shingles. Did the estimate, but this particular roof had tiles very hard to match as the builder built ten houses with this particular tile and bought them as a single. Ive had my bad share of bad contractors and I was a bit nervous choosing a roofing contractor. But man I have to admit I am really impressed (which is rare) by Pedro and his two man crew. We ended up choosing ReRoof because of the great reviews online and because he was the lowest bid of all the 7 companies that bid on the roof. We ended up going with CertainTeed Landmark Pro for our roof and new gutters. We couldn't be any more happier with the roof! It took his two man crew 4 days to finish our roof. Over the course of those days, I had many questions and concerns about the roof. One concern I had was about installing some kickout flashing because the old roof did not have properly installed ones. Another concern I had was I told him that water pools up behind our fireplace and I asked him to install additional flashing. Pedro listened and solved the concerns I had. During the heavy rain that we were blessed with, water was pouring down the backside of my rain gutters (which were cleaned priorly. This was causing the paint on the wood to bubble and drip. Not wanting more damage I called the business that installed the roof. No answer after numerous calls. Got on Yelp and came across this business with five stars and positive responses to the work Let me tell you, I'm so glad they were on Yelp and I called them. Called the number listed, Pedro answered and said he had a time that was open and he could take a look at the problem. He was on time, very professional and extremely thoughtful. He, after going in the roof, immediately knew what the problem was and explained what should have been done correctly on a six year old new roof. The flashing was to short and did not go over the gutter. He suggested I get ahold of the business that reroofed my home and put new gutters to do the flashing correctly. When I explained I had called every day and even texted with no answer, he expressed sympathy. Told me he'd text me a quote to view and I could make my decision, and he would get it taken care of quickly before more damage could occur. My decision was made and he kept his promise. He called just a few days later and asked me if it was possible to show that day as an opening occurred, showed with two more employees, showed me the material he was using, the shape , and length. Obviously I'm not knowledgeable on roofing, but showing me how it worked made sense. They finished the entire house and even tightened areas of the gutter that were not tight against the wood.
