I ended up waiting 1.5 hours until 12:30 PM. When I finally got in, the documents they couldn't open on their computer -- even though I had double-checked everything before sending. Because of the long wait, I received a $63 parking ticket. Silvia accepted my forms but completely missed one of my W-2s in the calculation. When I politely asked her to explain the numbers (the refund came out much lower than expected), she became visibly irritated, raised her voice, and told me she would not prepare my taxes. She then kicked me out in a rude manner in front of other clients. I came prepared with a clear mileage summary, all 1099s, W-2s, and supporting documents.
