The nurses can answer many questions over the phone, and they have helpful lactation consultants on staff. It's easy to get appointments, and they are organized about providing you with the info you need to keep track of all the checkups and vaccines needed in a child's first year. They also leave some appointments open each day to treat illnesses that come up unexpectedly. No bike rack but there's a sign on Landmark with posts which is difficult to hook onto but the only option available in the area. The only downside I found is that it often takes a long time to get through when you call.

I went to Ima which is located in the same building as my local physician. They confirmed over the phone that I would be able to have my blood drawn there and the tests would be sent to my physician, not being a part of IU Health was not an issue for them. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant, took my information and after a short wait I was directed into the back room with a phlebotomist. All the staff was very friendly and the visit was quick and painless. I went back a few days later to get a printed out copy for my own records and to share with my local doctor. Again the staff was very nice, the wait was quick and I was on my way with my results.
