The first time he entered the stall with the intent of pulling a tooth, luckily I stopped him before he completed the task. The second time he started the visit by reprimanding me for not getting 8 cavities filled at my last visit, again he had mixed up my chart with another patient. The last straw was when at a visit I told him I had been waking up in the morning with a tense jaw and was afraid that I had developed night time grinding and asked for recommendations on how to manage it. He rolled his eyes and said, "just stop". Not exactly the most helpful suggestion for managing an involuntary activity when you're asleep. I switched dentists and discovered that I have a misalignment contributing to night time bruxism which was treated with a bite guard and adjustment.

I had my wisdom teeth removed there about 6 months ago. After my wisdom tooth surgery, I had a bone spur appear which is apparently a pretty common thing after extractions. I called in about my concern, they got me in a couple of days later and removed it at no charge. I was also in there this morning and have been experiencing jaw pain. They recommended a custom made mouthguard as I seem to be clenching. The hygienist let me know that my insurance benefits were almost out for the year and allowed me to decide if I wanted to spend more to get the order in now or if I was ok with waiting until the first week of the new year for my benefits to reset. I was told i was on their patient list but as I discussed this with Jenny she told me that as i had not seen them since 2023 i would not be able to get in and would need to be classified as a new patient. I explained that it was not my fault for the missed appts but she said it did not matter and that maybe i should just find another dentist. I asked if I might talk to the dentist and said I would need an appointment but would probably be wasting my time. Never have I seen a dental practice so incompetent and Jenny could have not been more rude. I see why we have all the negative reviews 2.3. Don't waste your time with them.

I've gone twice during COVID and twice before and all four times I'm so glad I chose this dentist…read more It's quiet, there's relaxing music, you have a choice of pillows and essential oils, etc. I would say I have had a great, if not better, experience during COVID because when you get there you ring the doorbell, you cover your shoes with fabric covers, they give you hand sanitizer and you go right back to the chair. I'm never there more than an hour and a half for a cleaning. X-Rays are always quick and easy which is not always the case with other dentists.

The staff are friendly and great. They listen carefully and answer all of my questions. Dr. Haring worked on my tooth today and gave detailed advice. He told me to be careful if I was drinking something hot while I was still numb, and suggested that I touch any liquid with my finger to ensure it wasn't too hot. After all the dental work that I have had, that was the first time anyone had given me that tip. He also reminded me to be careful if I ate anything before the medication wore off, and to chew softly. I appreciated the care from everyone today.

Then she cleaned my husbands teeth and he complained about how she hurt his gums while cleaning his teeth. Then he said he needed to take painkillers after he got home. I also had my teeth cleaned a few weeks ago and she was too rough as well. We've never had this kind of experience there and have been patients for 10 years. This needs to be addressed. I'm not sure if she's new or not. Another issue is we have 2 free cleanings a year which is every 6 months with our insurance. They have been scheduling us every 8-9 months which most times is only once a year. If he has so many patients maybe it's time to hire another dentist to work with him. We should be scheduled every 6 months. Maybe it's time to find another dentist.
