The lady told me if I didn't know the exact amount to the penny she was not helping me and that I was losing the money which was almost 9 thousand dollars. She told me to bad. When I asked for a manager she told me that she was the only one there and no one else was working. I had asked for a call back from a manager. Assistant manager, a district manager or a supervisor and she told me there was none and that the manager would be back in 2 weeks but she wasn't going to do anything for me either. She was actually right then did nothing. She refused to get the AtM services for 22 days. The manager was rude because she ask me who I had spoke to and I told her it was a female and I think she said her name was Junior the first time and she had answer the phone 5 other times and refused to tell me her name again. I had told her the girl had a Heavy accent and she kind of sounded like she was Brazilian, but I wasn't sure. She told me I was prejudice for saying that, but the funny thing, my husband in Spanish. That is not prejudice that is describing somebody. Every day I had called they told me someone would call me back and no one would ever call me back. I was told it is to bad and that they don't need to help me even though it was their machine that had a problem and not me. I even have to video for the machine going down for 45 minutes. I wasted so Much time and was laughed at by their staff that it is not their job to help because the AtM went down and I can figure out my customer that I deposited their checks and I can ask them for new ones or I can lose my money. This is ridiculous and they treat their customers like shit and you are not allowed to talk to anyone higher up

I was told 'No' that I needed to be a customer. I explained to the Teller that I technically was a customer because you just charged me to withdraw money from your ATM. She said "No, you need have an account here. REALLY! You can charge me money to withdraw money from your ATM but you won't change 20s for 50s and 100s! I then explained to her that this is exactly why I DON'T have an account here. I left and went to a real bank (Citizens) where they happily exchanged the money for me. I have taken on HELOC's before and it usually required less than 2 weeks from start to finish. Then, after finally getting approved, appropriating the approved funds was a complete mystery. They provided almost no instructions at all. A few weeks after signing/opening of the HELOC, I finally received a checkbook in the mail. I wrote a check to pay one of my other accounts and CSB rejected payment without even sending me an email or a notice. Completely amateur operation, IMO.
