Unprofessional, missed appointments, doesn't follow up. I contacted Ready Landscape on April 27 via yelp message for a simple yard clean up. On Monday, April 30, having still not received a reply to my yelp message, I called directly. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday May 2 at 9am. Wednesday came around and while it was rainy in the rest of the valley, my neighborhood was not too wet. 9am came and went and I received no phone call or text message as to them running behind. At 9:56 (an hour last appointment time)I reached out and asked if we needed to reschedule. I got a text message back saying the rain set them back and they would reschedule. Totally fine, I even look past the lack of communication on their part. I asked when we could reschedule for and got no response. I called again the next day, Thursday. They asked what day would work best for me and I initially said The coming Sunday. He agreed at first and then said nevermind, he had a family function to attend. He suggested Monday at 1pm to which I agreed. Monday morning I sent a text message to confirm the appointment. I never got a response. 1pm came around and still nothing. I called at 1:22 and got voicemail. I left a message and got a text 17 mins later saying they were yet again running behind. I again expressed it wasn't a big deal but that I wish I had an update. I asked for an estimate on a new time and as of this writing (2:56 PM) I still have no response. I tried one more time to call and was met with a message stating the number was not accepting messages. Didn't realize it was this had to GIVE a company your business... Update 12/16/18: How nice of you to finally respond 7 months later. And very professionally I might add. Your defensive rant and resorting to name calling speaks volumes. You also claimed to have driven by my house and found it so vile, disgusting, and repulsive that you simply refused to work on it. Funny thing, you worked on it just a few months earlier. Refer to the yelp message where I asked if you could come out for *another* clean up. Good luck in your future, bud. read more

Long overdue review. Ive been meaning to leave a review but time has been my enemy. It goes by so fast and ive just realized its been a good 1.5 year thats passed. Ive attached some before and after photos that ive found on my phone. I have plenty more on my hard drive but i dont have time to get that so hopefully these photos will do justice. Anyhow this is our first house that we bought and the backyard was just full of dirt and lemon trees. My dad was the one who removed the trees (to save labor fees). I found Dave here on Yelp and had good vibes when we met. My husband basically told him what we wanted. A cement slate in the middle and turf surrounding it since we have kids and want to enjoy our backyard for the furture plus we had a house warming coming up at that time. We had several other people look and gave us estimates and Dave was the only one that gave us a reasonable price since we were on a budget. He shared the same design vibe we had and was very open to everything we suggested. He was honest with the timeline. And must i say he handled my anxiousness as politely as he could because i admit i can be a bit OCD when it comes to projects and annoying because i would call/text almost every day. Although i may agree with the other comments here about him not being communicative and possible lack of commitment, i understood, on my end, he handles all projects HIMSELF with a small/close crew he trusts meaning if hes trying to handle ALL projects and projects dont always go as planned, things will be held back and he does NOT let any work go unfixed without him. He is very proud of every project he takes on and it shows. If you have a complaint, he will personally go to your place and fix the issue. The quality of his turf is exceptional. The cement slab is concrete, stable and leveled. As you can see the after pics, those are very recent. I took those just a week ago. As you can tell we added a gazebo that my husband built himself and furnished the area. When we mentioned to Dave our future plans, he was telling us that he can assist is just about ANYTHING and i dont doubt that at all. Hes an overall great guy with great experience/knowledge and character. He has a good heart and does every project as if you were family. In summary, I will forever be thankful to Dave for making our paradise come true. Thank you again and hope youre doing well if you get to read this review, Dave! Today. They put in my drip system for our new tree. I called several companies an none of them wanted to show up. I guess. They don't want to take on small jobs but ready Landscapers an Sprinklers, came out, an quoted me a fair price an did a good job. Even his tech told me he would clean up a little bit. Around our pavers. I had another company come out an he would not do anything extra. His employees really care about there customers, not just about taking there money. Mr Dades built a Windsor wall at my property as a subcontractor for Rockstar landscaping. Instead of cutting the blocks to terminate the wall at the cinder block wall, he cut corners and turned the bricks. We also paid for a 4 block tall wall and got a wall that ran short of its stopping point and is only two blocks high in some spots. After expressing disappointment, Mr Dades verbally abused my wife and made threatening remarks like "you better pay her or else" and threatened to put a lien on our property. They refused to correct the matter. He also left the pallet trash on property. Highly discourage working with him. read more

Great Service, Dependable, Reasonable prices. Contacted David because we could not get our sprinkler system to work. His response time was outstanding and he figured out the problem quickly. He replaced the items needed with good quality product and a great price. We have had NO problems since then. I had a broken sprinkler at my rental house that my leasing company refused to fix. I got a quote from this place that was affordable. Two men showed up on time to fix the sprinkler and help me troubleshoot the control pad for the system. I would recommend this company. read more

When I expressed my displeasure, instead of correcting the matter, he got very angry, raised his voice and proceeded to accuse me being hard to please, that I was trying to take advantage of Robin at Rockstar Landscape (who I had hired to do the job, not Ready Landscaping), and threatened me if I did not pay them immediately. This company is great they came over the next day and help me get my yard cleaned for a party I was having Saturday. It was very easy to communicate with them and make a payment through an online portal. This company sent out a 19 year old kid who didn't know what he was doing. My husband's caregiver actually overheard the kid talking to a lady in the office (on speaker phone) telling her that he had no idea what to do, that he'd never replaced a valve before. He did some digging, capped two pipes that had valves on them but didn't replace the valves. The kid said that his boss would be out in the morning to fix it. When he didn't show up or call and his voice mail was full, I figured he just blew us off. We just got a call this afternoon from the owner and he had a stroke and was in the hospital. We are very sorry for him. My husband had a serious stroke 3 years ago. Fortunately I was able to hire another company to come out to fix the values, fix the wires that the kid cut and clean up the mess that he made. Also the kid told the owner that he fixed one of the valves, which he didn't. The boss called me back and was very belligerent towards me. I told him if he would let me talk I would explain what happened but the guy hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. read more

Dave was very responsive to my request for a quote on a leaky sprinkler valve. He offered to come out that day but I was busy so we set an appointment up on the following Monday. He explained what was wrong and gave me some options to try and if those did not work then to just give him a call back. He did not charge me for that visit but I did have to call him back . He came on a Saturday and instead of changing entire valve he only replaced what needed to be replaced and saved me money. He explained everything he was doing and that he would try and replace only the parts that needed to be replaced. Dave was very professional,genuine and professional.
