My massage therapist's name was Kourtenay and she was absolutely AMAZING! I hadn't had a massage in over 2 years and as soon as the massage began she immediately identified the areas (shoulders and upper back) that needed the upmost attention. My goodness- I had so much clumps of tissue buildup and she kneaded them away. When my massage was over all of the stress and tension I was carrying in my upper back and shoulders were gone. My intentions were to run errands afterwards, but I was so relaxed I went home and took a 4 hour nap.
