My massage therapist's name was Kourtenay and she was absolutely AMAZING! I hadn't had a massage in over 2 years and as soon as the massage began she immediately identified the areas (shoulders and upper back) that needed the upmost attention. My goodness- I had so much clumps of tissue buildup and she kneaded them away. When my massage was over all of the stress and tension I was carrying in my upper back and shoulders were gone. My intentions were to run errands afterwards, but I was so relaxed I went home and took a 4 hour nap. They started off by rubbing coconut oil on my back so I thought it was an oil massage at first and kept wondering when the real massage was going to start...but it never did. For an hour, all they did was rubbing coconut oil all over us, and that's it! That's the "massage". Absolutely no pressure or technique involved, just plain light oil rubbing lol. So I paid close to $200 for both my wife and I to have our bodies covered in coconut oil...yuck. Never again. Do not go here if you want an actual massage and not oil rubbing.
