My 30 min consultation with Katherine was really helpful! I learned formatting tips and ways to beef up my resume by adding a header, summary, and core competencies and creating sectional dividers. She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. They will rewrite your resume and can fine tune and belt out those bullet points. While my resume could use a few tweaks, the starter package is a great option if you're looking for a resume overhaul without doing all the guess work. I found the resume consultation surprisingly useful. Would highly recommend it and consider the packages!

I had a great book idea. Snagged a great agent, who asked me to write up a proposal. Never done it…read morebefore needed LOTS of help and guidance. Found Linda Cashdan online. Even tho I couldn't find one review, the website was impressive and she was super nice and interested. She worked really fast. Maybe too fast. What I got was a cliched mess with lots of exclamation points !!! Bam! And I ended up with a cheesy voice that was not mine. Sloppy formatting. Mistakes. ( I should have trusted my own instincts, but even though didn't like finished product, I thought maybe she knows better since she is experienced). Agent didn't call back. ( after he was calling me nonstop to get this done). Had to scrap it and start over. Embarrassing. I finally discussed with agent, and finished new draft, my own voice, friend edited and formatted and looks beautiful. I got a hard lesson which cost me $950.

My essay began with a description of some life experiences that impacted my decision to pursue graduate study. The staff were really friendly, and even processed the run time of all the tapes together and called us to confirm the price of conversion (about $40 per hour of footage) before starting the job. They used our own USB drive, although they offer some for sale as well. They even fixed a tape that had gotten damaged when we tried to play the VHS films at home! It's not a cheap service, but if you convert to digital files you'll probably never have to worry about re-converting them again. The memories are so worth it, and we were so happy to find The Video Editor on Yelp to help us with this task. Lastly, stepping into this store is like stepping into the 90's, I didn't realize how much I missed the vibes!!

The tool allows you to upload several videos, crop them, move them around the timeline, add certain editing effects, titles and sounds, speed up or slow down the speed of video playback, and scale video fragments. The final step is to render the clip in multiple video formats. This greatly helps us expand our channels faster and helps us gain subscribers and distribute content.
