The owner lost a potential sale of thousands of dollars that day because he couldn't understand customer service or engage meaningfully with clients. This incident is not an isolated case. On several previous visits, I've gone to the nursery with my mother to ask questions or seek assistance, only to be ignored while the owner remained occupied on the phone.
