When asked for complete record Mary insisted that everything was already provided, and it took her 6 months to come up with handwritten calculations where the copy she provided me did not match hers. I had requested an excel, but I was provided several excuses as to why that was not possible. Mary does not respond positively to constructive criticism and points the errors back at you. I did not shop around much, but I guess for the same price there might be interior designers with better service.

The nicely renovated house did not sell in 2019, and we were not getting the offers the house deserved. We engaged Ms. Harding in early December 2019, and the house was nicely staged within 1 week (pictures are on the Yelp profile). Within 2 weeks, higher offers began coming in, culminating in a sale at full price in January 2020.
