Is there a less than one star option? I've never had a problem with service and I've been a customer of Ready Refresh for many many years. And also had an paid membership. The schedule for delivery needs to be set in at least two weeks notice. But they don't show. And then you call the next day to see what happened, because there's no notification of a delay, only to be told, "there was an error in the warehouse, it'll be there tomorrow." But "tomorrow" never comes. This is day number FOUR that I have placed calls only to be lied to and still NO WATER. After ReadyRefresh was bought by Primo, service has decline. I should have read their reviews before I initiated service. they had been billing my businee partner every month for years without providing any services. my partner has Alzheimer's. I thought it was because she failed to end services. since I had all equipment already i contacted the. on my own, setting up an account. I informed them I'd let them know how much, and when. they started billing me without my permission. I can't get the credit card company to reverse charges since they wouldn't stop. lesson learned : ALWAYS read reviews first! read more

Do NOT use this service. It's a scam. After signing up and receiving a couple of deliveries, product and delivery charges go way up. It's a total bait and switch. When you try to cancel, they ignore the emails, and keep charging you. You can't reach them by phone except to order. When they finally do cancel you service, they bill you an additional $50 "reconditioning fee" for the rental of the cooler. They also have taken almost 2 months to come get the bottles and cooler. I signed up for ready refresh water delivery and a cooler/dispenser. They delivered the cooler/dispenser and set it up, I went into my office and came out three minutes later and half of the bottle of water was all over my floor. I called and they apologized and said an appointment to bring another cooler, this one didn't work. It didn't power up and was useless. I was promised a brand new cooler not a refurbished cooler for their third dry. They brought the third cooler today, the delivery man said he could not bring it in and set it up and make sure it works. It leaked all over my kitchen floor again! I told them to take back the cooler/dispenser and cancel my account due to the lack of quality of equipment and attitude of the delivery person. Do not use this company I would give it a 0 star if I could. It is an absolute scam that wants to get the money out of innocent people's pockets. I canceled my subscription over a year ago because I realized how bad this company is just for them to charge me $44.97 today randomly and re-enrolled me to their subscription. I had to cancel my card because there was NO way to remove it from being charged by them WITHOUT my consent. They supposedly mailed their products to me but I haven't lived at that location for a while so I can't even use the garbage that they FORCIBLY sent and charged me for. Even if I could access the products I don't even drink Arizona Arnold Palmer so it would just be routine in my cabinet until I could find someone to unload it onto. Wish I could give 0 stars. For customer service to be this negligent is absurd. The customer service wouldn't listen to me that I work a 9-5 Monday through Saturday, their operating times. They messed everything up with billing and I was charged extra, instead of giving me an extension number and complying with my simple request (a hard working essential worker) they just kept giving me their service number and telling me to call by a certain date or I will be charged another late fee of $30. I tried calling several times and waited roughly 45 minutes until someone finally picked up. Then I was disconnected after I gave them my info. My "card information was still wrong" and had to contact them again during my next lunch break. I waited my entire lunch break and they finally picked up as I was going back into work. 1 hour lunch break btw. Anyways, from the deliveries, to customer service and HR, these people probably hire anyone. The lack of brain cells in this company is very obvious. It's sad because I really enjoyed the service and planned on being a lifelong customer, who picked several gallons every 2 weeks. Now I've cancelled my service because they can't even figure out how to properly contact a customer who needs assistance. I have lived all over the country and have always had water delivered to my home. THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!!! Constant delivery problems and billing problems; customer service is a joke. After waiting on hold for an average of 30 minutes each time, the representative tells you that they have no authority to take care of your issue. They are not accommodating twice I chose an earlier delivery date and both times they were canceled by Readyfresh. So I'm having to go fill up 5 gallons of water at the store. I signed up for ReadyFresh in March 2022. I lost my job in December 2022 and had to cancel my service. They came and picked up the unused.Water and dispenser. I even received a credit back to my account. Today they tried to run my card for $50. When I called I was told it was for the Restoration of the water cooler! This is total crap!! They continued to charge my card for random amounts after we left the state. They did no respond to emails or calls. I had to change my credit card number to stop the charges. Then they turned me over to a collection agency for $120 charge that was fraudulent on their part and did not go through on my new card. Avoid these people at all costs. I have a love hate thing with this service. I love how easy it is to schedule deliveries on their site and their pricing. The delivery man has been the same for years. I both love and hate him. He is very efficient and polite. However, I have at times selected the do not disturb option for my delivery. Just leave the bottles. Every single time this guy will hang out and repeatedly knock and ring my bell! This makes my dogs INSANE with barking. First of all, it says do not disturb on my delivery. Secondly -- knocking and ringing my bell for 10-15 minutes will not draw me out of my house, it makes me very angry. I have no idea why he does this? When I signed up for this service I was given an option of delivery every week, two weeks, three week, or monthly. Ok. I picked four bottles every two weeks. All seemed ok. First couple deliveries came on Tuesdays. Next one was scheduled for a Wednesday. Ok. Not too bad. Went back to Tuesday. Then to Wednesday again. Then Thursday!! Whoa. Ok now we are starting to push the delivery more. What is going on? So I call. I'm told this is not happening and the best she can do is Wednesday ( not our deliver day of Tuesday- this was all on Monday). Our deliveries continue to get pushed. Then today I realize that after our most recent delivery (yesterday) the next one was not scheduled until 4/12!!! That is 2 1/2 weeks!! So I went to the app to switch the delivery day to the 8th (so we don't run out) and when I did- the next deliver got pushed to 2 1/2 weeks out!! WTF! What happened to deliveries every two weeks!!! So I call, I get told that they run schedules every 11 days huh? I asked for the sup (total Karen move, I know) she informs me- they go by 11 business days on their schedule so sometime that pushes the deliveries. WTF!! That is NOT what I signed up for dude! I signed up for delivery every two weeks. Which is 14 days. My kids don't stop drinking water on Saturday and Sunday honey. Terrible service. Delivery scheduled for today. We received a phone call, a text and an email to confirm. The empty bottles have been out front all day, NO delivery. I log on to my account and see my next delivery is schedule TOMORROW. No notification of that, just a NO SHOW. Try to call customer service whose number is difficult to find and was told by the nice automated voice to expect an hour on hold. These delays were typical about a year ago and it looked like they had resolved the issue, but now seems like they are back to their old sloppy service. I'm looking for other service.
