First the phone representative was going back and forth with me while I was driving about the type of order I have. I asked her several times if she would like to call the doctor to fax over or I can call and she stated "that's not her job responsibility". I definitely hung up on her then got scheduled by someone else. The new person was able to figure it out from what I read off the paper and scheduled me for something different. She told me she put everything in the system and I'm all set for an ultrasound. My paperwork clearly said XRAY. If my doctor puts xray - does that really indicate ultrasound!?! Okay whatever! I get there at 730 - it was all these rules and regulations prior to my appt the day before. But as for arrival, Shannon provided lovely intake service. When I arrived they never put in the order nor told me they didn't have it so of course I didn't bring the paper with me. I had to wait until 8 for my doctor to fax it over and then they told me they had to work me in. At 8:45 I was told I was next and the entire lobby of people were cleared out before me. I will never use any imaging centers in Snellville again. None! especially not Northside. It is 9:25 and I am still waiting. I was for sure I'd be out by 9am. This is insanity. I will never come back. On top of it you can't eat or drink from 12 midnight the night before so as you can imagine I'm extremely thirsty.

She showed us our baby and was very patient because our little baby boy wasn't in the mood to be seen. After the time has passed she told us to come back another day to try again and We did. He let us see him a little bit more than last time and we were happy! Prices are super affordable and on the website you can see the options that you have. They recently started collecting a $100 copay in advance, which apparently has nothing to do with my insurance or the expected cost of the visit. They collected the $100 copay last time, and apparently the actual copay on my insurance when it was filed was only about $18 or so. Furthermore, I had an $80 CREDIT on file with them from their previous billing system, so now they owe me $162. This has been going on since February. Sabrina, who takes care of billing, has been no help and refuses to call me back. She's always "in a meeting" when I call. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office except to pay a bill or make an appointment. They all hide behind their voice-response system. Lately, they've started requiring Social Security numbers from patients. That's bad enough, but worse is that they print these numbers--all 9 digits--on receipts and other paperwork that they give to patients at their visits. This mishandling of PII is going to result in a bunch of ID theft and possible lawsuits. Whoever is running their office is doing a terrible job.
