Little friend at the Real Fruit Bubble Tea in American Dream
    Jeannette L.

This month, I recently tried Real Fruit Bubble Tea and now I'm currently love bombing the place. My husband and I have been on a RFBT kick. We were in American Dream yesterday evening. I saw that AD has a RFBT location on the second floor in the Garden Court section (the shop is near Zara). So of course we checked it out. From the kiosk, I ordered a Watermelon Slush with fresh blueberries, rainbow jelly, and tapiocas for me and a Pina Colada Smoothie with fresh pineapple. Heads up - remember your order number because you don't get a slip. The shop was really busy, so there was a wait, but our drinks were made well and tasted really good. The store inside was clean and tidy. There is some seating inside, but also a few tables outside of the shop. Would recommend if you're visiting American Dream and have a hankering for a refreshing smoothie, slushy, or boba tea.

Mango Diamond slush at Real Fruit Bubble Tea, is my favorite go to drink from there. I always get the large size, it's only a couple of Dollars extra from the medium. Always on the go, assertive service. Located at American Dream mall. Sometimes if you are in a busy line, cut to the Kiosk order instead. Use your app!

Expect a bit higher price than outside the American Dream mall. Gets busy so expect to wait. Can order via kiosk or in person. I did via kiosk, which didn't give me a receipt; good thing I remembered my order number which they call out. I ordered 2 of the same drink and when I got only 1, I questioned someone about my order - couldn't check for me. It seems like each person behind the counter picks the drink order they will take care of and focuses on it only, which is good but they have no chance to check the whole order? I like my mango diamond slush which was made of fresh fruit, with mango bits.

This place hit the spot for our boba craving mid mall shopping. I got peach black tea with classic boba and my cousin for strawberry with popping boba. The drinks were made just right and my boba was chewy and delicious. It was made well! The place is SELF SERVE and they make your drinks and put them on the counter and call your number. Someone took my cousins drink so they had to remake it, they did so happily after I showed my receipt.

Can you tell they use real fruits?

Post shopping bubble tea is a thing. The interior was my style, with a sleek modern wooden accent. You can choose to either order from their kiosk or through the cashier. There wasn't a lot to choose from on their menu, with the selections mainly being fruit smoothies. I was actually deterred from ordering at first but the need for a refresher got to us, and I settled on the medium Mango Diamond Slush ($~7). The size of the Medium was surprisingly not as small as I expected, as the Large was even crazier sized. The drink was what you expected it to taste, but I do want to give a shout out to the thick mango chunks inside. As if you couldn't tell from their name and tons of mango boxes on the ground, the place sticks to its promise and brand by providing fresh tasting ingredients! You can taste it in your drink, down to the stringy parts of the mango. I had the sugar regular level, but I would actually do less sugar if I were to come back, as the natural sugars of the fruit was enough. Despite the limited menu, I trust in their fresh ingredients after trying their Slush and would venture to try their other items next time.

Taro milk tea first time taste like powder Asked for my money back Was told no and they'd remake it Forgot the Tapioca Poured it in a new cup, watched the woman's finger go in it. Still tasted it again and it was powder, again. Couldn't amend it because I'd miss the bus. I want my money back!

The smoothies and bubble tea are fresh and YUMMY! There are 3-4 employees here, but you put your order on a touch-screen instead of with a person.

This place just never disappoint me. The order line might not be that long but it is quite a wait for the drinks to be done. I love their real fruit drinks, especially their watermelon slush! This time I ordered a Pina colada smoothie for my daughter too. The lady who made my drinks was really nice and friendly. Always love my experience there.

Came to the Dream Mall of America. It's was warm in the Mall. We decided to try this place out. For something to drink. Cashier was very pleasant and Patient. Wasn't able to decide what I wanted to drink. I finally selected Passion fruit Green Tea with Lychee Jelly. It was on the sweet side for my like. They do use all Fresh Ingredients.

I saw this place and it reminds me of Juicy Cube except they have different favors. And the must-have for me was the Mango Dimond Slush, not only does it have pearls but also small size cubes of actual mango that can go up the staw, so no need for a spoon but the slushy is so thick you can use a spoon too. They have their own sitting area inside the clean shop but there is plenty of places outside in the mall to venture out into too.

Pretty good bubble tea. Pricey but definitely tasted fresh and sweet. I got the strawberry with boba - delicious

Papaya slush is mid. Honeydew is sweet, tastes like honey dew. Mango house is great with the mango chunks.

I thought this place was horrible. The service was not good and the drinks were even worse.

I'm a big dumpling lover. So when I saw a Vanessa's Dumpling House in the American Dream Mall food…read morecourt, I was pretty excited. I recognized the franchise from my visits to Chinatown, the mecca of dumplings and foolishly assumed that meant good eats were to be had here. But this was such a disappointment. Call me a grump, but I believe the namesake food at an establishment should be the best thing on the menu. We ordered two kinds - a fried pork chive dumpling and a boiled chicken and basil. But if I were blindfolded, I don't think I could've told them apart because both wrappers were not only thick but had similarly gummy textures. The chicken and basil dumplings also had a pinkish purple hue that gave it the off-putting look of raw chicken. After a few ho-hum attempts to eat them, my husband and I ended up forgoing the wrappers entirely and simply rescued the innards with our chopsticks. On the slight plus side, these tasted great - well seasoned and meaty. The spicy beef dan dan noodles were okay. For all the sauciness and toppings on it, I was surprised that the word that came to mind was 'boring'. As far as flavor went, there was a slightly fermented funk that made it just a little interesting, but I ended up dousing my bites with Sriracha to add the fun I felt was needed. A bright spot of our order was the side of sweet and spicy cucumbers we randomly ordered. Doused in a vinegary chili oil, this provided just the fresh texture and acid that brightened up our otherwise dispirited meal.

THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Unfortunately, they only sell 2 flavors of soft serve ice cream - Ube and Matcha - but what a 2 flavors to sell! - It's an extra $1 for a cone, mostly because the cones are of the waffle variety. MIXED THOUGHTS --------------------------- = Ube and Matcha ice cream mix and Ube ice cream in a cup were OK. ANYYYY ice cream is refreshing in this world, but this was more "fro-yo-ish" with it being a little icy and verrrrrrry cold. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Came by on a Friday evening at 6-7:30 PM and traffic was steady to the vendor. Doesn't hurt that they are basically the only dessert spot inside of the H Mart Food Hall, so there were a lot of curious passerbys.
