Absolutely fabulous experience here. My boyfriend and I got chipotle for dinner and when we walked out and looked over to see Tsaocaa I was a little upset! I would've gotten take out from here instead. But of course we had to stop and get a little boba tea to try. The store itself is gorgeous, modernly beautiful furniture, amazing light fixtures. The staff was friendly as well. Just going through all the boba options on the kiosk screen is overwhelming in a good way! There's so many to choose from. I decided to just go original and get a black milk tea with boba. My boyfriend got a green grape and lime tea. We both loved our options. I also added an order of rice cakes and they were delectable. Almost wished I got two. I'll definitely be back to try their ramen and other teas. Thankful to have found this new gem in the area!

My fav boba spot in Jersey so far. I work nearby so I always get it delivered. Every drink ordered was amazing. Not too sweet! You can adjust if needed of course. Sucks that the location has no parking or else I'd go more often. The egg waffles are yummy too. I ordered original and matcha, very little difference since the matcha was so light but it's ok. So if you like a High matcha flavor in your waffles I'd skip them but if you don't mind then they are pretty good. Always Fresh to order. I think my fav drink is their fruit tea. My colleague enjoys the lychee milk tea. It became her favorite here. The amount of fruit they pack in the cup of fruit tea is hilarious. I just open the top and eat the fruit first and drink after. Take a look at the photos I included, you'll know what I mean. "Colorful Fruits Ruby Tea" is the name lol. Another delicious one is the coconut jelly slush. The jelly is made to perfection. If you're a huge coconut fan, I suggest trying it out. I can't wait to try other things from here. Def recommend ! I wish they had a few more shops in North Jersey!

This place is my go to for Hong Kong style egg waffles. They are made to order with a soft cake-like center and a slightly crispy shell, just perfection! My husband highly recommends their boneless chicken, with the secret sauce flavor- a little kick of spice, but not enough where it hurts. You will not regret trying their chicken! All of their drinks are a must try. I've been trying something new every visit, and the bobas are cooked just right, chewy!

Oh this place is so yummy!! So many drink options, you're sure to come here a few times to try the different drinks and food. I had the purple potato (ube) milk tea and I loved it! It wasn't too sweet, which you can actually customize the sweetness (LOVE this factor!) and the purple potato was delicious. Now, I didn't love the amber boba but chewy boba just isn't my thing, I prefer the popping boba pearls. The matcha bubble waffle was warm, fluffy, and tasty. I can't wait to try the other flavors! I came during a soft opening and the service was good. Ambience is so modern and bright inside, k find it very welcoming and comfortable.

Brand new boba place alert!! So happy there's finally a decent Asian chain in Secaucus. Upon walking in you'll see kiosks where you can order yourself. You also can order from a person at the register as well. The service is pretty fast especially when it's not too packed inside, and there is a good amount of seating. However if you plan on ordering ramen and chicken with a larger group, note that they only have two tables that can accommodate a total of 6 in your party. Rest of the tables are for two people only. If you are to order boba, I highly recommend their fruit tea! I ordered a peach tea with Nata de coco and Crystal jelly and it was super refreshing and fruity. On the other hand, their peach milk tea was underwhelming... almost flavorless. (Yes I ordered two teas for the review!) Even my sister claimed her friend got a milk tea and boba and wasn't impressed either. Lesson learned: come here for the fruit teas and specialty/seasonal drinks, go elsewhere for the basic milk bubble teas. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of food. Ramen looked decent (my friend ordered) and we shared boneless soy garlic wings. They were cooked on the spot, and super hot upon receiving and eating. The flavor for soy garlic was great -- a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and savory with a light crunch. I deducted a star since they knew we were eating in yet they put out food in Tupperware for the ramen. Overall, it's a great place to catch up with friends over delicious food and boba. If they keep the doors open during the summer, there may be tiny flies around--something to be mindful of. Other than that, the underwhelming milk tea, and the plastic containers for dine-in ramen, I highly recommend this branch for Tsaocaa!

Bubble tea is good and the ambiance is cool, but the staff is very rude with brown people when I was smiling talking to them. This is the second time that it has happened to me.

The food was very tasty. The chicken wings and waffle fries were seasoned well and the honey garlic sauce drizzled over them makes a great umami pairing. The chicken wings were tender and juicy. The waffle fries was crunchy and crispy. This is one of best boba tea place in Secaucus. The coconut mango slush was not overpowering sweet. It was sweet and you can taste the mangos and coconut. The crystal pearls provided a nice chewy texture. A cooling drink for these hot sweltering Summer days. The place has chairs and tables where you can lounge around while eating and drinking your food. The place is very modern. The service was very friendly and fast. I enjoyed that you don't get pressured to tip since the checkout kiosk is far away from the service counter, even though I left a cash tip with the server. Much deserved.

Nice ambiance and nice staff! Recommend 30% sugar and their milk tea is relatively cheaper than other stores! There is 10 mins parking outside the store too!

First time visiting this place and will definitely be back! The decor was super cute and welcoming, the service was fast, and there were so many drink choices. Tried the garlic honey wings and fries and they were crispy- the way wings should be! Can definitely see myself coming here for lunch and getting some work done.

C10. Brown Sugar Milk Black Tea with Bubble

Literlaly best place ever best food ever best boba ever like genuinely so good, they cater to people that want tea that still has TEA in it bc like ...some boba places kinda forget the "tea" part and I just love the fact that I can taste the tea in my drink. AND THE RAMEN AND WINGS ARE AMAZING. WOWOWWOOW. anyways yeah the employees are so nice, genuinely like they work there full time I think but they always try their hardest AND the entire place is just so chill and nice. the boba just hits the spot and they always make sure you're getting enough boba bc like ....yeah idk that's it WOOOOO I would recommend the mango milk green tea and the oolong milk tea

    Tonkotsu Ramen

This shop is definitely worth a try! I have tried their Peach Fruit tea and their Carmel Milk tea, and both were excellent! I also am a huge fan of their Tonkotsu Ramen; I've ordered it two days in a row since i first tried it and cleaned my bowl both times. The service is excellent as well; the staff is very friendly. 10/10 recommend stopping in for a quick drink or for a delicious and affordable lunch!

Can't go wrong with any of the drinks. Absolutely delicious. Every time I'm in town, I would stop by here at least twice a day.

We got a Rose Lemon Tea and Jujube Black Tea, both with regular boba. We asked for 25% sugar and…read moreno sugar, respectively, but both were very sweet. I am pretty sure the rose and jujube they use is like a syrup so they have no control over the sweetness level. Also the boba was chewier than most other places I've been to, so not the best. The prices are great though! Spent $11.94 on the two medium drinks, which is definitely less expensive than in NYC. Their jumbo size is well priced at $7.50 and huge. This is a good spot to fill your bubble tea craving but not the "this is the best spot" imo. I do appreciate that I got in at 7:55pm, and they were still serving a bunch of customers and weren't rude about a lot of customers coming right before they closed at 8pm. I really don't like when stores close right on the dot if there happen to be customers around!

I am sure there won't be a problem with finding meter parking.

Known for taking tea seriously (and fruit even more so), this place consistently serves up drinks that taste like someone actually cared about flavor balance, texture, and that oh-so-critical sweetness level. I ordered the Green Grape Boom, which felt less like a drink and more like a love letter to summer. It came packed with real green grape chunks--actual fruit, not just essence or artificial vibes--and blended into a slush that never turned into that dreaded flavorless ice mound. The sweetness was subtle and refreshing, a major plus in the Asian community, where "not too sweet" is one of the highest compliments a drink can earn. Like many great things in New York, there's a wait. But that's only because HeyTea still has people coming back again and again, and you won't find anyone here mad about it. They're sipping happily, knowing it's worth the time. A fun bonus? HeyTea is currently on the Claim app, which means free boba is up for grabs if you sign up. Yes, you read that right--free. Boba. We live in a beautiful world. In short: HeyTea continues to set the standard for fruit-forward, tea-rich drinks that feel thoughtful, not sugary. From slush to pearls, it's crafted with care--and a green grape dream that's hard to beat.
