Not this franchise...without warning or telling the winner about the safety features you are required to enter your credit card info in order to pay the invoice for shipping. (One jacket cost almost the same amount as the jacket for shipping materials and postage with USPS. Another auction sent 2 coats for $15). The email telling you to pay for shipping provides a phone number if you want to pay by phone. upon finally reaching the person ...after 4 days of leaving messages...said they never allow anyone to pay by phon. So I paid the darned invoice and got a mess that the jacket had been sent. except it wasn't! in checking the link, USPS said they were waiting for the package. After a week I got a voice message from an unknown person who didn't mention any company that she wanted to talk about my missing item. First thing I've heard about! what missing item? from where? It is my opinion if you are going to charge us buyers a higher BP then we should get better results. I did bring this up at time of pu with 2 of the workers. One stated they had a lot to catalog, the other was super rude in her response. Sorry not interested in rude behavior and excuses. To me it comes across as very deceptive! Buyers beware.

He easily threatens the buyer with legal actions directly bypassing your realtor. If you want to frighten your potential buyers away, go and hire him. 2. The realtor provided conflicting information regarding the square footage of the property. He bypassed my realtor and reached out to me directly, claiming that he had two appraisals indicating the size as 3002 and 3200+ sqft, opting for the smaller measurement. However, the seller themselves informed me that the first appraisal stated the size as 2900+ sqft. 3. Do not release your Earnest money directly to the seller, and be wary of agreeing to pay more than 5% of your Earnest money. The realtor attempted to trap us with their own contract forms instead of using WA standard forms. 4. I found that the realtor disclosed my private information, including personal messages and phone number, to unrelated individuals. This is a breach of my privacy. 5.
