Nice place to stop in Sausalito! We got half of a cheese board for three people and it was perfect. Sitting outside was very enjoyable as people passed by. They were out of Brie cheese, but gave us additional cheese and extra crackers to make up for it! The server was very kind and accommodating.

If you only have time/want(who would only want 1 tasting?? right?) for 1 wine tasting while you are visiting this magical little town, this is the place to stop. We stopped one other spot in town and I prefer this place not only for their outdoor seating option but I thought their reds were better. You have to sit on the patio. It gives a great view of the bay and the bridge in the background. You can watch the boats and everything that's going on. You get 3 pours and you can choose the ones you want to try. It wasn't very time consuming. I would say this is a great spot to get in and get out.

Great customer service and excellent selection of wines. I really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Very relaxing and beautiful view of Sausalito.

The Tote bag I had purchased! Don't fall prey to this!

We went in during the closing hours of the shop on a Saturday evening and we quite liked the warmth of the place and the sweet talk of the lady who ran the "show". Got tempted to buy a Vegan tote bag but found it a bit pricey. She kind of sweet talked us into it and made us buy, only to come home and realize that it was marked by $40! I understand that there are real leather goods and fake ones. The ones I saw online matched exactly to the one I purchased. Calling them up only resulted in an absolute arrogant and entitled voice that said that they won't take returns! So much for encouraging women-run business! No business ethics, greed and rude to the core!

If you are looking for a waterfront experience and a nice glass of wine, stop by Real Napa. We ordered a flight and it was wonderful. They served wine from Fotsch Vineyard and every one of the wines was wonderful. For the white, our favorite was the Savignon Blanc and our favorite red was the Barbera. There is no food outside of nuts. If they served a charcuterie tray, it would be perfect. The shade comes about 3:30. Enjoy!

It has been years since I did a tasting here but it is was better than I remember! Since the pandemic they added the outdoor street seating which is lovely especially on a nice warm day! Instead of doing a tasting I did a glass of rose and smaller version of the charcuterie which was still a lot for one person. Enjoyed the view and the rose was delicious not to mention the charcuterie was better than I expected! Though it is still on the pricier side, that is to be expected in Sausalito as most things are here :) Worth the visit and the customer service is wonderful

Great selection of wine & even better service. I recommend sitting outside on a nice sunny day. It's the perfect place to sit back and take all the views of Sausalito. Our waitress was super friendly and provided amazing recommendations of the surrounding area.

Taking a day trip to Sausalito or the North Bay? Showing some friends/relatives out of town a good time in the bay? Driving through Sausalito and stopping by for a quick meal? If you've got an extra 30 minutes to spare or are looking for an activity to do besides driving around Sausalito for the view/partaking in one of the many fine dining restaurants available, then stop by real Napa! Conveniently located off the main road that leads into Sausalito/near the middle of where all the activity is, you can take a stroll through town before/after your wine tasting. Lucky us, we got metered street parking right in front of the storefront! Cross the road and you'll get to walk along the water and see sailboats, ferries, kayaks, and maybe a seal or two. If people in your party are not the slightest bit interested in wine tasting, they can take a look around the store for gifts/household items and try on some of the wide variety of hats on sale. Now, down to the main business: the tasting area has about 6-8 chairs in addition to standing area. Tastings are from Fotsch vineyards, $10 for 3 pours. Wide selection of options to taste from. Bottles available for sale. They also have a wine club if you want to join. Staff is polite and friendly. Bathroom is available for customer use. No internet service? Connect to their wifi! I would recommend stopping by if you have time. Cheers!

We were in San Francisco for the weekend and decided to tour the town of Sausalito, which is not too far from the city. Our first stop was at Real Napa and had a beautiful time wine tasting. The cost was $5 and included a selection of three different wine. Our hostess was friendly and knowledgable of the different wine selection they offered, which was a plus.

Never have I read such accurate assessments as those penned here on yelp to commemorate the sad remains of what this festival has become. Because I've been away the past couple of Labor Day weekends it'd been 3 years since my last visit to SAF. The price is still exorbitant ($30, $15 parking) and buys you nothing more than you can get for free at any street festival in the Bay Area, all summer long. In the past though, that fee could be somewhat rationalized by the quality of the live music, original art, and food/drink and the fact that all of that could be enjoyed from an inviting waterfront location. Where to begin... The primary music venue here once overlooked Richardson Bay, with plenty of covered seating areas to accommodate all those who wanted to eat or drink, not dance, while enjoying the music. An added bonus was those who listened from kayaks on the bay, charming and unique. In 2019, the music stage was moved. It no longer faces the water, no longer has covered seating, and the only seating area at all is VIP (extra $$) or on a hill quite far from the music. Don't even get me started on the ADA seats on the hill. Is it even legal to make disabled folks climb a grassy hill to sit on a precariously perched folding chair? I'd bet not. Shame on you, SAF. Strike two: The food booths, art, and music are all segregated and none face or front the water. You might as well be in Gilroy. Gone is the opportunity to grab an ice cream while enjoying the art; you'll need to return to the food area for that. And while you're there? The only seating is at unshaded picnic tables with, again, no view of anything. Did I mention that there used to be 15 different kinds of food and now there are 8? Well, now I did. A friend of mine remarked to one artist how appealing her shaded spot was. The artist's comment? "That's the only good thing about this". Telling, huh? The artists, always high quality, were in shorter supply than usual and given their new surroundings I can't say I blamed them. I could go on and on but instead I'll echo the universally bad reviews penned in 2019 in saying: There was nothing to keep anyone there this year. Between musical acts, the stage area went radio silent and if you'd already eaten, drank, or viewed the art it was essentially time to go. I did just that, leaving well before the days' headliner (Blues Traveler) because there was nothing more to enjoy and nowhere to sit. In 2019, SAF couldn't have veered further off course than they did. After a year as dismal as this one, I tend to think they can only improve. Time will tell whether this one-time 5-star attraction can return to its former glory.
