We can't be happier with our experience. Chad, owner of Vantigo and tour guide, was the friendliest and coolest dude to have guide you around the city. Very knowledgeable, extremely easy to talk to, and more than happy to play photographer. We saw Coit tower, the Golden Gate Bridge, the place that I swear was Naboo in Star Wars, some random local know spot with an amazing view of the city, and drove through pretty much all the neighborhoods while Chad pointed out what he recommended we check out. The tour was about 3 hours long and came with bathroom stops at photo locations. If you are looking for a way to see everything without having to plan it yourself or rent a car during your trip, this is what to do. You won't be disappointed.

The wines were basically sorted old world and new on the two walls. There was also one case (so four wines) of non alcoholic wine! I have been super interested to try more non alcoholic wine so would love to see this featured or switched up every once in a while! The person working the night we went was very nice and helped me when a spout didn't seem to dispense right. That said, the recommendations felt a little off? I said I like white, crisp, and on the drier side like a chenin Blanc. They recommended a Chardonnay and a Moscato? I did try the Chardonnay, but it wasn't to my taste buds. Asking the staff to climb up and grab random bottles just feels like a big ask. I personally like looking at the importer, ABV, and other details on the label to help me shop and this is only possible for about 50% of the wines that are accessible without a ladder; (2) Unfortunately, they no longer allow guests to purchase a bottle to drink in the shop, which is unfortunate because I love browsing the shelves at Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant and finding a bottle to open up in the shop to drink. When it came time to end our event one of our guests broke a glass and it was no big deal. UNFORTUNATELY he doesn't understand how to wear a mask. His MASK WAS ON HIS CHIN not covering his mouth or nose NOT ONCE! We took city buses everywhere all over the city for nine days and every driver and every rider was properly wearing their masks. We were impressed with this. Way to go San Francisco. MUIR WOODS is a must to visit. You truly need more than 90 minutes though. We were told by GEORGE that the staircase to the right in the trail is an hour walk. We must of misunderstood him, for that trail is a few hours and we turned around when we asked other hikers how much further. They said it was not an hour trail and to turn around. We did and barely made it back within our 90 minutes. So don't take the long right staircase unless you plan on turning around. It was quiet and gorgeous and we were alone most of the time on the trail. Seems the tour lost two international travelers. They never came back. GEORGE called the company to inform them of who was missing. He waited at least 15 minutes or more past the time we were to leave. We hope they made it back safe.

The Golden Gate was 1 hour, and the Bridge to Bridge was 1.5 hours. The Bridge to Bridge has few times, so check their website to find one that works for your schedule. On the boat, there is a bar, popcorn, and snacks you can buy. There is a bathroom, although I didn't use it. There are several floors and the lowest floor with the bar has tables. As you enter, if you need the narration in another language, get the headset. By default, over the loudspeaker is English. The first boat trip I did was more crowded on the top deck with more people talking loudly, so I missed about 1/4th of the narration. The volume was never too loud or painful, but with people talking loudly, you will miss it unless you move closer to the speaker. Biggest tips: Wear a jacket and dress warmly if you plan to sit on the top, open air deck. It is extremely windy. Also, having a hair tie is helpful, so you don't have hair blowing in your face. It can be pretty smooth but by the Bay Bridge, the wind makes the water rougher, so you may want to take a motion sickness medicine if you are sensitive. Staff was friendly from the ticket booth to the people at the end telling your goodbye. Nice boat tour!
