If you are having a hard time deciding what drug/alcohol rehab center to go to (esp since there are…read moreso many), stop looking and just go to Lift Off. They say 40%-60% of addicts relapse after treatment, but based on my experience as a client there, it must be a way higher success rate! I did 30 days at Lift off recovery, and am leaving with more tools to keep myself from relapsing and staying in recovery, than I learned during my previous 1 year stint in recovery. The staff are hyper focused on your recovery, they keep it very clean, and cook for us! The location is in a very quiet and nice neighborhood near parks, trails, and In-n-out :). We also get to go to their personally owned gym, take boxing classes, and request activities to do that aren't on the schedule. I also found GOD and a higher power while here, benefited greatly from their personal therapist and counselors they have assigned to each of us, and know I can always count on them to help in the future.

Family therapy is part of our Orange County treatment center's offerings. We also offer outpatient services including intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization programs, and aftercare. Our approach emphasizes the gratifying journey of freeing oneself from substance abuse, incorporating activities like beach outings, basketball, volleyball, disc golf, and more. You have the right to refuse treatment, medication, and can end treatment at anytime without punishment.  If you feel your rights were violated than please report them to patients rights advocacy group, their management and take legal action if abuse continues.  They try to entrap you by forcing an appointment on you at the end of the visit, just tell them to shove it and leave and never come back.   If I could do it all over again, than I would've never contacted this place and/or leave shortly after and they cannot do anything about it because I have patients rights.  These same psychiatrist won't take the same crap they prescribe to their patients, so shouldn't you.  One social worker, told me he took the meds once, passed out at work and almost got fired. He never took them again but yet he preaches others to take it, hypocrite.   Bottom line:  Never coming back here again and should've never went in the first place or any other place like this.   Stand up for yourself, it's your life.

It might be a little colder than I would like but hey (I'm only here for my appointments.) There's also hand santizers, a tv and a cold/hot water dispenser, a number of chairs. Everyone that works here is amazing. They always have a smile on their faces and are always very welcoming. They are good on time here and if they are running a little late, they will let you know. Adrianna is always happy and smiling, she is kind, personable and explains everything she does or is doing very throughly and makes sure you are comfortable before she does anything. Genevive is always so welcoming when you walk in checks you in with a quickness. Cynthia is always so helpful in explaining what your next appoints or actions are. Jonathan Chhean the NP is super polite, kind and listens. The care he provides is super through when explaining what happens next, or your test results, and answer and ask all the questions to make sure what happens next is understood. This wasn't my assigned PCP network but I am so glad that I picked them. I still dislike going to the doctors sometimes, but I know all my visits are helping me to be better. If I did not know better, I would think this is a total scam organization!…read more As a note.... Everyone who got these rave reviews in these prior posts in is no longer in this office. You should not even consider doing business with this company. Go to the corporate website. The email does not work. Email them. It goes to a different company you can only type a message. They are all over Orange County doing there nonsense. I met the two Stephanies and Grisel when I first went to sign up for the program. They were very sweet. By chance, I publish a book that retails at $40 and I was happy to gift the three of them a book. Everything went fairly smoothly. I had been online for all the required meetings and, sincerely, I really added to and helped the meeting be productive. I have videos that can prove that. At the time of the last meeting, I get an email from one of the Stephanies stating that I need to show proof of the meeting or meetings that I did not attend or she would remove me from the completed list, send a report regarding my probation (which she did) and make sure that I needed to start over. As a note, I could post 10+ requests for "confirmation of receiving email" that never got a response. They would email me back other info on the same email but there would not be a confirmation of receipt of classes. I should have seen the scam then! I am now exhausted going through my text and emails to show the probation department that this company is a scam. I did the necessary attendance. I will update this review confirming photos of emails and texts. DO NOT USE THEM! Big Mistake!

I really needed help with everything even learning how to do certain technology on my phone for these services. It may be simple for a regular person, but someone older like me was struggling. The entire staff from the first phone call made me feel like I had a tribe that truly wanted to help me. Prices were fair. And I never waited for a live person to be of help to me. They made a difficult situation more comfortable. I truly felt cared about and helped. It became a learning experience handled with understanding and kindness so that I could gain my dignity again. I highly recommend their services to any friend or family or stranger.

If there was a gap in us coming (due to my husband schedule) the office would call to check on us. He gave us many resources, books, shared his years of professional experience with us and we both trust him. He was so patient and when I would ask him questions he always would listen and made me feel heard even when it was difficult to hear. He always referred us to the Bible and quoted many scriptures, which was huge for us, and reminded us of what's most important. It allowed to walk and respond to the situation as God would want us to.

I normally don't write negative reviews, but my experience with Dr. Robbins left me deeply…read moredisturbed, especially during our last couples therapy session. One of the most concerning moments was when he told me that my childhood trauma was my "perception." I shared that my mom would wake me up in the middle of the night to console her through panic attacks. I then asked him if a child being molested by a parent would also be "perception," and he said yes. He later clarified that perception doesn't mean it didn't happen--but using that word felt extremely invalidating. When I expressed that, he dismissively responded, "Okay, I just won't use that word if you don't like it." Throughout our sessions, he emphasized "self-control." When I shared that I believe control and self-control are often used to push away feelings, he immediately told me we could not work together. When I tried to explain my perspective, he shut down and refused to share his own thoughts. During that same session, he disengaged almost completely--remaining silent and appearing to stare me down. He said he didn't want to "argue," but I was simply expressing how I felt. Therapy should be a safe space to communicate openly, not one where a therapist withdraws when challenged. There was also a situation where my wife stormed out of last session because I didn't want to spend our 45 minute session going through a 50-page workbook. I preferred to do that outside of session time. Despite this, Dr. Robbins placed the blame entirely on me. And because I kept urging Dr. Robbins to look at the underlying root issues in our relationship, he acted very childishly by using that same approach in a crude way on me. My wife lost our family 500k by gambling it away in stocks and crypto. He asked how it made me feel and what trauma that was coming from. Obviously, it makes me feel like I don't matter, but I want to break the cycle of my childhood trauma where boundaries were not allowed, and I want to set boundaries with my wife. When Dr. Robbins heard that, he didn't care to respond, because his main goal was to one up me by using the root cause methods I was urging him to use. At another point, he asked, "Where do feelings come from?" I said the inner child, and he responded, "No, it comes from behavior." I am always talking to my son about feelings and emotions, and after the session I told him what Dr. Robbins said about feelings not coming from the inner child. My six-year-old son's immediate response was, "what the h*ll." Even my six-year old son is emotionally smarter than Dr. Robbins. I would not recommend working with Dr. Robbins because he uses his pain and his coping mechanisms to dictate the session. After ten sessions, we had no real improvement in our relationship.
