The kids constantly complained about the quality of the food ..many meals wete inedible, so they are offered sandwiches as a substitute, which consistency of bread turkey and nothing else .nit the most tasty sandwich ..for the amount of money they charge for treatment, they could afford to hire a better chef .

In fact, it was 3 years of therapy that, looking back, really on helped me in the first month to deal with the initial reason for seeking help. I which I would have known about Self Help back then and probably would've saved years of therapy that was going no where. From my very first session with Nancy, I felt there was real progress. I got insight to my learned behavior from past experiences and how that affected my reaction/connection to the world around me. Both my internal and external reactions continued to shape the present experiences that caused continued fear and guilt that was paralyzing. I wasn't myself. But with Nancy's guidance, I learned more about my internal processes and that understanding empowered me. Through each session and "homework assignments" I gained new confidence and regained control to bring about a positive behavior change that allows me to enjoy myself again. I also brought my adult son and my husband to these sessions and it has helped them as well. Also, although these sessions were not covered by my PPO insurance I was able to get reimbursed through my Healthcare spending account which is a huge plus. They are very punctual, professional, and responsive. Though sometimes they don't answer the phone right away, they usually respond within the hour when I leave a message. They are very clear about their no show policy at the first visit. They are respectful of your time and they expect respect for theirs as well. I've been to over a dozen sessions and never waited more than 5minutes for my appt. I've had to reschedule twice and never got charged a no show fee because I notified them at least 24hrs in advance. It is a professional practice for excellent self help therapy.

I never got a call back not even the day after. This place is extremely unprofessional & clearly does not care about their clients, just the money. Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was so incredibly frustrating and mishandled that I…read morefeel compelled to share. I came in specifically because I was feeling unwell and suspected a blood sugar issue--especially since lab work from a different clinic the prior week showed a fasting glucose level high enough to indicate diabetes. Despite explaining this, the Physician Assistant (PA) dismissed my concerns, told me I "didn't fit the profile" for diabetes, and ordered a thyroid panel instead. Three days later, the support staff called to tell me they lost my blood sample and needed me to come back in. When I expressed frustration that they lost my sample for a test I didn't even ask for--while still refusing to run the metabolic panel I actually needed--the staff member literally hung up on me. I only returned the next day because it is within walking distance of my house and I was having the same feeling again, wanting to get to the bottom of what was happening. While the PA on duty that day was attentive, she ended up sending me to the ER for my blood pressure. After waiting four hours at the hospital, the ER doctor confirmed it wasn't an emergency at all. To top it all off, I received another call from the urgent care informing me that they did eventually run a metabolic panel, and my A1C and fasting glucose levels are, in fact, indicative of diabetes. Between the PA completely dismissing a patient's concerns, the staff losing blood samples, and being hung up on, the lack of professionalism and competence here is alarming. Go somewhere else.
