First visit went well, 20-minute wait, but overall care for our dog was fabulous. Very reasonable fees too. Next trip was for meds only, unlike other vets, an appointment charge was not required. Another win! Unfortunately, today, less than an acceptable visit. stopped in at 11:23am, was told that all vets were at lunch, understandable, so non-issue. We purchased the needed meds, $439. An employee apologized that no vet was available but suggested we come back again at 1:30 pm. We did so, actually 1:15 pm. Two others were there before us, so not a huge time concern, plus I falsely assumed that been asked back at 1:30 pm from the no vet available at 11:30 am, we would have a priority attention. After waiting nearly 90 minutes, a long wait to be sure, but the frustration was that four other people came in after us, but were attended to before us? Their protocols and communication were very confsuing and seemingly inconsitantly enforced. A total wait time for the day nearly three hours. When I went to the check in counter expressing my confusion and dissatisfaction, then, miracuoulsy, they could "get me in" next. It was a frustrating experience, an unnecessary waste of time for me and very traumatic for our 14-year-old dog. She spent the same three hours shaking, shivering and fearful. Very unprofessional communication and concern today for us and our dog. Batting zero no, dropped from batting 1000, at best the clinic is a roll of the dice. Didn't live to the rave reviews I had heard about the clinic. Hence the maybe recommend rating.

We love it here and our dog, Stomi loves it here. She actually gets excited to go to the vet…read more Everyone is super nice and patient with the animals, which can't always be easy. I know my dog is a lot to handle! The lobby is always clean, and they do a good job spacing out appointments, so animals aren't in the lobby together. That can get hectic. I never feel like I am rushed when I'm there, and the vet takes his/her time making sure I have voiced all concerns during our appointment. We have per insurance, and that definitely comes in handy during her annual checkups. If you're looking for a nice vet, give Lakeview a try

Stryder, another dog became very sick, so I turned to the vet for help, but they were just to busy and really didn't want me to bother them, but they did agree to a 4:30 appointment with Dr Cramer, so as I waited all day for the appointment Stryder died suffering on his own around 2:00 pm. The staff is generally nice but this place has high overhead and way to many different vets feeding on customers and relying on a high cash flow so it's all about the money, they want a lot of new customers with easy problems so the packed schedule never get's interrupted and messes up the cash flow.

When we…read morecalled we made absolutely sure that 1) there was room for her 2) she was guaranteed accepted as it was a holiday and we wanted to make sure beforehand making plans. We confirmed with the young lady at that time if there was any holiday hours changes for pickup/drop-off times, prices, and if anything else was to be expected. She again assured us that our pup would have a place to spend her holiday with friends. On Thanksgiving day we walk in through the door only to get notified they were turning her away because they were at capacity due to taking in too many. It's 2025, with technology nowadays and nobody can be bothered to call?! THEY HAD 4 WEEKS MIND YOU! and we get told Thanksgiving day as we WALK THROUGH THE DOORS?! How does anyone expect to make any plans with that kind of time frame?! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful that a business can't be managed with an ounce of decency to it's customers to give them enough notice to make other plans, but thats besides the point, since her place was RESERVED EARLY there SHOULDN'T HAVE been an issue about her getting in because her spot was held for her.
