Overall, I will have had 21 visits from DDD walker services. They do not allow scheduling with a specific time frame as I have been accustomed to with other companies offering the same service. They offer mid morning late morning evening night and you get the gist range of visit times. There are extra fees for a variety of stipulations which I recommend you read thoroughly before you are subject to them. Especially at the time of invoice drafts. They offer packages which include a variety of services at a lump sum cost. The most commonly selected for me is the Creature Comforts package which includes 9 visits over Friday-Sunday $150. Make sure to check your account balances after these as sometimes you can be charged extra for after 5p visits and weekend (as they usually do charge) when per the package they should not. Their services come through an app which you do all your payments/scheduling. After each visit, there is a cute detailed summary of the time spent with your pup and a ton of pictures. Nicole is pretty great and does a good job with my dog. However, due to the small size of the staff there is constant change in the person who comes to walk and visit your dog. There are sometimes also training sessions with new walkers and multiple people will have access to your apartment as well. Miscommunication in terms of expectations occur not uncommonly when they're visiting the pup regarding normal routine etc. due to this constant change in personnel. If you have certain preferences regarding what is to be done at each visit with your pup, it will most likely need to be reiterated prior to each scheduled visit. Overall, an average experience. They are located in the downtown central area so there is certainly an appeal if you live in this proximity. Their availability seems to be okay. Amanda and her team are so professional and myself and my dogs couldn't be happier with their services. They send you pictures with every walk and I can tell in my dogs' faces that they are comfortable, happy, and really enjoying their walks. Recently when we were out of town, a storm rolled in and my dog's arthritis was flaring up. They contacted me immediately and we were able to get him some of his medication I had stashed away. I cannot thank the Deep Deuce Dog Walker enough for her wonderful care of our girl!! We were hours away from heading out of town and had planned to leave our puppy with a friend when she started having symptoms of a bladder infection. She had had one before so we knew right away that she needed to be seen by a vet while we were gone. My husband and I were panicked since the vet doesn't accept pets to board over the weekend, but we called TDDDW and luckily she was available to keep our pup over the weekend then drop her off at the vet when they opened on Monday morning. TDDDW made us a custom package and it was worth every penny!! She gave us detailed reports of how our pup was doing and even sent pictures. Our dog is VERY attached to us, but she did so well with TDDDW. It's a true testament to her excellent care of pets and we will definitely be hiring her again in the future! read more

DDDW is a wonderful service! I moved to OKC a few weeks ago, and was desperate to find some to check in on my elderly Italian Greyhound who is newly adapting to apartment living, combined with my bad work schedule. My fur baby gets a walk in the middle of the day, and I get a detailed report with pictures of all her goings on, complete with photos! I feel like they really care about the animals, and the pictures make it clear that Frances really enjoys their visits :) The service uses the Time To Pet app for scheduling, payment, and communication, which makes all that very easy! read more

Not just for dogs! Amanda took care of our 2 cats for us while on vacation. It was great to have the peace of mind that someone was checking on our cats, refilling their food and water, and changing litter boxes. On top of that, her prices were so reasonable!
