I understood she needed to be shaved, but they left her face and tail long while shaving the bridge of her nose, which left her with a noticeable bald spot in the middle of her face. On top of that, she came home with a bloody paw from a cut between her toe pads. For a first-time visit, there should have been more communication before starting. On top of that, the price was crazy for the quality of work. Something we could have done ourselves at home.
