After seeing what a great job Complete Floor care did at my friends house I had him come to my house and he said that I should have hired a company to do the tile and grout I laughed I said I did. Also he's going to seal the bottom of the baseboards because twice now I see ants 1000's of ants coming from the spaces under the baseboards in the dining room and I'm going to have to pull the Fridge and stove out again to caulk the baseboards behind them. Clayton and his team did an exceptional job at fixing our cracked countertop. It had cracked in the…read moresink area 2 different times with another company and Summit came in to fix it. Summit leveled out the sink properly and beautifully fabricated and installed our porcelain countertops. This wasn't an easy job to do because keep in mind the cabinets and window sill were already installed so Summit has to cut around that to fit in porcelain slab backsplash. It looks as if the countertop was never replaced. His workers explained everything to us before they installed and made us feel so comfortable. I'm an attention to detail person and Summit exceeded my expectations. I will recommend Summit to everyone!

There was SO MUCH to look at and Chris was extremely patient while I (and my toddler) looked at and touched ALL the things. The selection is exceptional and when I walked in with a sample and told Chris we needed to match it as best as possible he was quick to take me to the right spot and pull options. Went to pay for a quartz slab which was ordered by my contractor. I had to go searching the store…read morefor someone who worked there upon arrival! When I found the right person finally I was told how much it would be $1250.00. I asked if the slab was there as I wanted to see it to make sure it was correct and not damaged. They then told me it was in fact not ordered and it would take at least 7 days to get it here. It was supposed to be delivered to the fabricator this week. I walked out drove to Marble Express and bought a slab there. In addition to that I saved about 500.00 for my efforts. Stay away from these lying flakes!

I had to upgrade to all white because the pattern I wanted didn't match my expectations the second time I looked at it. Contractor were extremely busy and it bothered me that they claimed to come to my house and left without ringing doorbell. Ruth and Sophia were very responsive to my calls and even though there were color matching issues they rectified as best and as fast as the could. I'm grateful fir that but will never chose a white on white again.

Needed a kitchen renovation to change from high bar to handicap friendly lowered surface. Shopped…read moremany surface suppliers and found that Surkado in Henderson had prices for pre-fab slabs that were $70. each less expensive than elsewhere. Also, where many had their slabs stored outside, this shop has their products stored in a clean indoor warehouse. They have many different stones, quartz and granites to choose from in pre-fab slab and island pieces. They also offer cabinetry. You can have your own contractor pick up the materials, or Surkado can do the installing for you. They have two licensed installers. Of the two "Fabrecio" does everything to include electrical and plumbing (not all surface installers offer those services.) Fabrecio came with one helper and had the kitchen redone in three days. They were always careful to continually clean up any messes that were made during the renovation. You can see from the before and after pictures that Fabrecio created a stellar new kitchen environment that also happens to be handicap friendly (so far not seeing a way to post pictures on this site.). The owner of Surkado, Sophia Quatrale, and salesman Josh Bacher, are both incredibly accommodating. I had phone contact with them, as well as Fabrecio, throughout the process. Surkado opened in their current location only recently.... I believe it was June. So there may not be many online reviews yet. I give them a full five stars for quality product and installation. Their renovation with installation was $6800.00. I did not buy the new sink and faucet through them but they did install both plus all electrical for this cost. However, this was much more material than a normal kitchen. Not only is there a full backsplash that extends to the upper cabinets but both lower cabinets have what is called a "waterfall" (which means the granite also covers the lower cabinet end caps.) Plus, when the high bar was shaved down a much bigger Island piece was installed for more eating area. These options added more material and labor costs. The job could have been done for as little as $3200. if these options hadn't been chosen. And if you choose quartz I'm sure the price would decrease even more. They came out for an estimate right away and they were quick with the completion of the project. I contracted this company for granite in my downstairs guest bathroom and dining room countertops…read more I made it very clear to them I needed it done expeditiously since I was refinancing my house and couldn't have any unfinished construction or remodeling. I also made it clear that I wanted BULLNOSE not SQUARE edges to match my kitchen slabs. To my surprise, they showed up with square edges than wanted a lot more money to order the correct one that I originally ordered! They knew they had me over a barrel! They instructed me to pay their worker "Jose" for the installation of the cabinet doors and sink. Jose also told me he would be making cabinet boxes for the two drawers and installing the knobs and pulls for my cabinets. I Waited months for this and it never happened! Jose took one of my drawer faces to use to make the vanity boxes. He dropped it off two months later without telling me on my front doorstep scratched! I called and spoke to Loxie the wife of the owner Rich and explained my concerns. She assured me that "they would make it right and Rich would be out to install the pulls and knobs and to refinish the scratched vanity drawer face. Rich finally showed up after 7 weeks and installed the pulls and knobs and took measurements for my drawer boxes and kitchen drawer cabinet face. I received numerous promises from Loxie on when Rich would be returning to install the promised boxes and drawer faces. I travel 16 days a month or more and made numerous appointments with these incessant prevaricators to get this done and every time they blew me off after making appointments! Beware of these clowns as they don't do what they promise and they are completely unprofessional in dealing with them!

He took the time to walk us through everything, explain our options, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. His communication was consistent and clear, which made a big difference on a project of this size. We completed a full living room and kitchen remodel, and the quality of work was outstanding. What really stood out to us was Juan's attention to detail and pride in the work. At one point, the fireplace retiling wasn't up to his standards, and he insisted on having it demoed and redone properly. That level of accountability is rare and speaks volumes about how he runs his business. His team handled everything--flooring, painting, electrical, permits, and more--and they were fantastic. They showed up early, worked hard all day, and consistently cleaned up before leaving. There were even times they worked while we were out of the house, and we always felt completely comfortable and safe with them there. We also got several bids before moving forward. Juan wasn't the highest or the lowest, but he delivered exactly what he promised--and that's what matters most. Since completing this project, we've continued to work with him on additional upgrades, including exterior painting. Highest recommendation.
