Bedrosian is a great tile and stone place with a lot of quality products for a great price. I'd say come here over Floor and Decor. They were out of some really popular backsplash selections, however, their sale section had a TON of options for cheaper. The sale section they had made up for some products being back ordered for a month AND it was cheaper. I bought tile for the guest shower, primary shower, and kitchen. I purchased grout here too. Also, I bought tile for my fireplace. I didn't check out their marble slab selection but they had a huge warehouse for that too. Brandon at Bedrosian was 10/10. He was available to answer any of my questions and helped me a lot. I'd definitely come here if I was doing a remodel or recommend Bedrosian Tile and Stone to my clients. read more

We have purchased flooring, countertop and stone from Bedrosians for 3 major home remodels in the past 6 years. Tile floors, Quartzsite tops, etc and all the stone has been decent quality and easy to install. Our first time buying Bedrosians vinyl flooring (Madera VyLuxe) for this latest install seemed like a good value - until we installed. We spend $10,000 (half material half labor) to install this product and it's really crap. We have boards popping everywhere as they do not stay locked. Our installer said it was the worst product he has used and will not use it again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLOORING!!!!! We should have went tile and now we have a joke $10,000 floor. What a horrible customer experience.... read more

My father and I stopped by yesterday, walked in and two gentleman welcomed us from behind a desk. We walked around for 20min or so without anyone coming to help us. There was no one else in the store. The two guys behind the desk didn't seem to be working or dealing with any ordeal where they were unable to help us... we were planning on buying tile flooring that day, and we did from Floor and decor.... why? Because from the moment we walked in we were greeted and had someone helping us immediately. I would give zero stars if I could, vegas is know for customer service and this was FAR from it! We made several visits to this store when we were remodeling our master bathroom and ended up purchasing tile and quartz from here. We also purchased mosaic tiles to coordinate with the floor and shower tiles. The location is conveniently located at Pecos and Sunset. From the outside I assumed this would be a no frills warehouse setting, but I was wrong. I'm glad that our contractor/designer recommended coming here. Inside there are many displays to show the various tiles and various looks. That was helpful in choosing what design we wanted for our bathroom. It was a good spot to meet our designer and go through our options. They have a wide range of tile options. The options range from a clearance room where the tile is dirt cheap to higher end options. This was helpful in deciding what we wanted to spend and getting to see the quality associated with the different price ranges. The quartz options were the same we had seen at other stores. It was nice that we were able to coordinate the quartz samples with the tile samples to get an idea of the overall look. We didn't have any problem ordering our materials here and having our contractor bring them to our house. read more

I really need Porcelain wood tile so I Check this place out I saw two that was similar to the color I need and asked for a sample. Did not care if I had to pay for it but they do not allow samples? I never heard of that ;( I like to see it in my house in different areas for a few days to make sure it will match Hate for it to be delivered and hate it ! This company was recommended by our landscape company so we felt confident using them for a slab for our outdoor kitchen. Well, the slab we purchase had some fissures that had been filled that were not visible at the time of purchase (we have many pictures of the slab at the showroom as proof) but became very visible after just a few days outside (the filler turned bright yellow on our mostly grey slab). One of them is actually 26'' long and is quite the eyesore! Also, just a few days after installation, a new 27'' fissure appeared. It is obvious that this slab is defective. I'm well aware that natural stones have imperfections but to have two very long fissures is not acceptable. I left multiple voicemails and emails but have yet to hear back from anyone after one month. My landscape company reached out to them and received a letter from Bedrosians saying that they're not accepting any responsibility in the matter. read more

Looking for new flooring is such a challenge and so frustrating. We went to Bedrosians just to check it out. We were welcomed by Lissette who was very inviting and sweet! She told us about their Black Friday deals. My hubby and I went early on Black Friday and it was worth it! They treated us like family and got a great deal on Porcelain planks!!!! We spent several hours here looking at slabs and cabinets for our kitchen counter, then tile for a bathroom remodel. They have a great selection and beautiful displays inside. Their prices are higher than Contempo, but we had good luck using their granite in our Salt Lake home. Hopefully it will be a good experience with our home in St. George too. I finally built an outdoor kitchen and wanted to do a nice tile top. After someone recommended Bedrosians, my wife and I decided to take the trek out there during the COVID-19 pandemic as we were both off work and looking to do some projects that we had put off for decades (literally). They have a large selection of tile competitively priced. We spoke to a person at the counter about the tile pricing, how much I would be spending to purchase the material. They asked if I had considered granite and I brushed it off knowing that granite is super expensive. After showing us the tile and explaining the pitfalls to having a tile top on an outdoor kitchen, we ended up going out to the warehouse where they had giant slabs of marble, granite, quartz, and porcelain (among others). The slabs seemed very large and impressive. When he showed us the granite, I was surprised that it was so inexpensive. I was one of the LEAST expensive of all the materials! The dark black/brown slabs were $600 each. Due to the "L" shape top (13' X 10'), I needed 2 slabs. $1200 bucks? WOW!! Great find, great price! A good quality tile would have cost as much! I was, however, going to install the tile myself but we fell in love with the granite and decided to go "all-in". They even have business cards for installers if you don't already have one. The slabs were delivered the next day to the installer with no issues whatsoever. Overall experience was 10/10. read more

Bedrosian is a fuuuuun place to visit and get ideas for your home decorating. They have tile, back splashes, and granite! Their show room is clean and has many samples of patterns you can make with their tiling and backsplashes. Their granite warehouse is so much fun to walk around! There are rows upon rows of huge granite slabs in all colors and designs. We ended up buying some granite and tile from Bedrosian. Great customer service both times. When we bought our granite, the guy who helped us was named David Whetstone (what a perfect name for the business, huh?) and he was super helpful, and worked with us to get a granite that was in the right price range for us. He even gave us some suggestions of contractors to call and get estimates from because we were kind of at a loss for that. read more

Within a few hours of posting my experience below, I was surprised and impressed to receive a message directly from Alicia Bedrosian. It's touching that a company their size still cares enough about the customers to be so responsive (she wrote back to me on Sunday evening.) To focus on the things that are great about this company: 1) Fantastic tile selection. They had the best selection in Vegas for me. We did all of our floors and 2/3 bathrooms with Bedrosian tile, as did my friend. 2) Competitive prices. We were able to get extremely reasonable prices through our contractor and a small discount when we purchased direct. 3) Tile outlet. Last year we tried to do our own tile for the first time. Bedrosian has a discounted tile section at the store (with imperfect or overstocked tile) so we could buy a lot of tile to "learn" from. If you have a small project, would like to be experimental, or don't care that the tile is not perfect this is a great place to browse. 4) Reasonably fast availability. Bedrosian gets deliveries from their CA warehouse twice a week, so most of your tile should arrive in under a week (exception being the time my Athena tile got stuck during the port strike - not their fault :) ) 5) Knowledgeable backroom staff. Every time we had questions on technique or what to choose, their staff very patiently explained tips for working with tile. The reason we were able to do our bathrooms as well as we did were thanks to their staff! The only reason they don't get a full 5 stars right now is because I'm not sure what's happened to their front room sales staff. It seems there was a huge shift in staffing and I was told "all" of their previous front room staff are now gone. Hopefully that was an exaggeration. Their old staff were present but not pushy, knowledgable and helpful. Alicia helped us arrange ordering one of the two tiles we were looking at directly through their Anaheim store, so we wouldn't have to go back to the sales floor. I definitely appreciate all the effort to do right for the customer! 8/9/2017 - I've had a few more interactions with the Bedrosians team (direct) and they've continued to be positive, so I'm bumping these guys up to a 5 star rating. read more

They were very friendly here and explained to us the tile options and what may be best based off of the information we gave them. I experienced a problem with mis-matched marble but Melia Terai in customer service, along with Branch Manger Brandon Neal, rectified the problem and provided excellent customer service. Seldom have I experienced better customer support than I get from Melia and she goes above and beyond to meet or exceed customer expectations. Went in on a Sunday afternoon, they looked pretty short staffed, but my wife and I managed to be there for an hour and not one person greeted us. I'm ok with that because we were just looking around because we're remodeling our house. They have a huge selection of tile in their store. All on display to. Don't ever buy slabs of marble here!!! This place is a joke. They have you stand 15-20 feet away when you pick out your slabs. They look good from far away and when your buying the most expensive marble they have from Italy at about 5000 per slab you think that it's going to be awesome and perfect. Well not at all they sold discolored slabs next to perfect slabs so when put together looks like crap. I will post pictures. It's amazing that this company that is suppose to be reputable and I would assume has integrity would sell poor quality product at a premium rate. Like I said I had to stand very far away, if I could of walked up to the slabs and touched them I could of noticed the yellowing. That being said I'm not a professional, but they are and they should have never sold those crappy slabs to begin with. Italian marble that they said was for a casino, no wonder the casino didn't use it because it was flawed, but these guys have no problem selling it to somebody that they can take advantage of. I brought all this to their attention about the discoloration and at first it was classic their response. They took me to a yellow slab of totally different marble actually it was granite and said look yellowing is normal... Well I started to say their full of crap basically because they took me from my pile of marble to a deferent one and said look see these are yellow. So they could tell I was t dumb I guess so can't to my house the next day and that was a couple weeks ago and I haven't heard from them. They are deciding I guess weather to replace my crappy Italian discolored pieces. I'm not waiting anymore and it's a shame because they lost a good customer and I got hosed. After searching high and low for backsplash tile selections at all of the major home improvement stores and even floor and decor, bedrosians had exactly what we were looking for!! Their selection was by far the largest of any other store we could find and their quality was outstanding. We ordered our special order tile and were quoted 3-5 business days and they were spot on with their estimate. We recently had some work done and bought some travertine slabs. We thought it would be nice to add some pieces to our tables in the living room. Kaitlin Lockwood placed our order. Contractor contacted me to say the slab hadn't arrived. I called Kaitlyn and she was very apologetic and said she had been trying weekly to fulfill our order. Love the selection here but when it comes to making upgrades to a home, renovations etc. for the amount of $$ being spent it is very disheartening to encounter a sales associate with a poor attitude. the woman who we dealt with today we were so offended at how unhelpful she was. She would ask US questions about our tile selection like we were the employees. " well didn't you look at the quote " and when we asked her why the " sale " item we found wasn't any lower than anything else we found to which she replied " it sales sale because you're getting a good deal " sorry but that's not what SALE means.. the sale selection is typically apart from regular merchandise because the price is lower, has been lowered etc. I don't want to use her name but it would be a great idea if management informed all employees the importance of decent customer service. read more

The employees there are extremely friendly! Willy helped me find my dream counter top (and put up with about 100 texts and phone calls asking for updates on my order). He was always smiling and happy, even when I became annoying (I'm freely admitting that I may have been annoying from time to time; he never called me annoying :P). Kim helped me place my order and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. This meant going through lots of pictures of slabs together and locating the perfect ones (I had to order additional slabs from the Bedrosian's in Anaheim). She was awesome. Finally, I worked with David on quality controlling my slabs. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly too. I feel lucky to have been helped by these three! I like their selection and prices. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely lacking in professionalism and consideration. I paid for a delivery person to pick and deliver tile. Once, the deliver driver unloaded a half pallet of tile, I realized that the wrong tile had been given to me. I called Kailyn, a sales associate and she ensured me that this unfortunate situation would be rectified the following. I expressed that it was imperative that the wrong tile be picked up because there was no space for the installers to install with all of the excess of incorrect tile. The next day, no one came to pick up the wrong tile. Kaitlyn asked me to call Brandon, the manager. I called and texted, I never even got a phone call. There was no concern on the managers part, he has never even called to apologize or offer any assistance. Finally, 4 days after the fact, the delivery person, Patrick comes to deliver and shows up at the wrong time, I specifically said any pick up or deliveries are to be made in the afternoon. He shows up at 9:30. I let him know that I did not to expect him, since I had never heard anything from the manager. I informed him as to where the incorrect could be found and where to place the correct tile. Patrick apparently doesn't know a ladies restroom from a hallway. As to add insult to injury, the driver if there was anyone there to help him move the tiles. I had already paid the originally driver $200 to pick and delivery.. did I really need to provide someone to help him move the incorrect tile? I have shopped at Bedrosian for over 10 years, I have referred many many clients. I am officially not ever referring anyone else and Floor and Decor is who I will refer all of the clients. So i needed to replace my tile floor and was recommended here by my installer to see if i liked their selection. I loved their selection! I actually was surprised by the choices they had and how helpful their staff was. I was greeted by a girl names lissette and she helped me pick out the perfect tile for my house. She was friendly and very helpful and showed me multiple samples that might look good in my house. I went with the wood look tile they had and couldn't be happier! I was promised by the salesperson that I could exchange any defective tile that I purchased in the clearance section. So I did, only to have the manager say that they wouldn't honor what the sales person said but that she could give me a discount on any other item I wanted to purchase. I asked for a discount on another item, she said no. Twice they went back on their word. I won't shop there again. read more
