If I could leave zero stars I would. I had Lumber Liquidators install new laminate flooring in my house when I had just purchased it and renovated it about nine years ago. It was by far the worst decision I have ever made with contractors. After one year in, the boards started to separate, it got so bad with them I started to prepare to sue them because lack of response. They finally came out and put a stop gap in my hallway because the flooring was installed incorrectly, by a subcontractor that they supplied. It was all BS. The floor is still separating, the stop gap never worked. I would run far away from this company, I definitely don't recommend AT ALL !!! read more

was on the Internet and seen a price for three-quarter inch Unfinished red oak flooring from panel town and floors in Columbus, Ohio. It was number two grade. it was 700 ft.² of flooring plus shipping came to $1400. I called Jesse at lumber liquidators and Henderson Nevada and told him about the deal and he said they match any competitors price for the same grade flooring at lumber liquidators it was $1600 and I had to go pick it up at the store. Jesse asked for the receipt from panel town and floors in Columbus Ohio, I gave him the quote and he said he would get back with me when corporate lets him know. On the door, when walking in lumber liquidators, they advertise, we match any price from A competitor on the same product. Flooring was laid by a contractor 10/2020. After the second week, planks started lifting and separating. I've been back and forth with corporate. I sent them photos and extra planks 1/23/21. I've emailed and called customer care supervisor several times and left messages. No response from them. It's now, 3/9/21 & I've yet to hear from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. No one is answering at LL's phone number 1 (800) 476-0007. They recording says they're with a customer, stay on hold or leave a message. I've called several times and all I get is the recording. FULL DISCLOSURE: I did not end up using Lumber Liquidators to re-do my floors but I wanted to give a review based on the customer service and quote I did receive. Walking in, the selection seemed small but I was able to find something that I wanted in the sale section. The sales person very easily found out for me if there was enough material there to even think about a quote. All very professional and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that in order to get product from other Lumber Liquidator stores, they had to charge me the shipping costs. The quote ($25 up front charge which gets reimbursed if you go ahead with the project) was quick and efficient. The only problem was we asked for two quotes, one for just the stairs and one for the stairs plus the upstairs common areas and even though he said it was fine, we were only given one. When we came back into the store to review the quote, we were told that we couldn't have two. I don't know if this was policy or the sales clerk (she was not the one I worked with the first time. Actually when I was in the fist time she was arguing with a customer on the phone and the second time she answered the phone and argued with another customer WHILE SHE WAS TALKING TO ME and proceeded to talk bad about said customer to me afterwards). They've also called back a few times to check up on us (the quote lasts a month) which I appreciate. Overall, I would recommend coming in and getting a quote. While the staff was nice, it was a huge red flag that they wanted ALL the funds right away before I could schedule the project. This included the full labor costs. I was verbally informed that my project would be done within about 2 weeks but after I paid in FULL, that's when I learned that my project would start over a month later. I had another house done a few months prior to using them and another company (Floor and Decor) had me make a down payment and then pay in full after a walk through which I paid them immediately at the final invoice. Next time, I will stick with Floor and Decor bc after reviewing NV contractors laws, I should have never agreed to this. I understand that contractors get screwed so a down payment makes sense but demanding full payment before the project starts is a red flag and I should have pulled back when they asked for that full amount. read more

As far as flooring goes they always come in clutch having floating floor options, unfortunately ALL the employees I've ever dealt with at both the Henderson location and the north Rancho locations are always super rude and have very little respect for installer companies I guess. They always seem to be cool and friendly to customers in the store as I'm waiting hours for pickup of my materials. So I'm very upset that I alway get treated like crap and I bring plenty of customers here. I think I'll start taking my business elsewhere!!!!!!! read more

Best place to buy your flooring! Nathan and his team are so attentive every time I come in. I love the variety of options that are available. Bamboo, vinyl plank, laminate, and more. I didn't want to leave any stars but yelp wouldn't allow this! I have never posted anything like this but I must do it! 1 year ago, I purchased a townhome in Henderson, NV. The former owners had Lumber Liquidators put in new flooring when they rehabbed it. I stopped by the store to speak with them about quality, which is absolutely awful. Because I was not the person who purchased flooring they took no responsibility & literally said any warranty was null & void. The flooring is a black vinyl made to look like wood. Not only is it impossible to clean but it is full of dents wherever any furniture might have been or not have. This flooring obviously very soft. Most people do not live in an empty space & do have beds, tables, chairs & sofas. Now I know why there was very little furniture in the place when the agent showed it to me. I think it was replaced to sell the unit! I will have to have this replaced & want to warn you that there are other flooring stores to buy from! This is actually disgusting. The salesman (Andy) was very knowledgeable and helpful. I fell in love with a flooring and made my purchase right then and there. Twenty minutes later I had everything I needed and was on my way. When I went to pick up the boxes of flooring some boxes and boards inside were damaged... they gave me extra boxes. No worries! We have been planning on changing our flooring for over 3 years, we just couldn't find a wood, wood seller, or installer that we loved and trusted. Then one day about 3 months ago we wandered into this Lumber Liquidator at 27 Stephanie St in Henderson and fell in love with The Bella Wood Brazilian Cherry Pre Finished Engineered Hardwood. The fact that it went on sale for $1.00 less per square foot made us really think about it as we were having about 2000 sq. ft. of hardwood installed, and the savings really came in handy. Do the research and look up Bella Wood and you will see that it is the best engineered hardwood available with the thickest wear layer around. The wear layer on this Bella Wood is so thick, it allows you to sand it down a few times and refinish it a different shade years later if you so desire. We entered the store and spoke with Nathan, a very informed salesperson, who has installed flooring for years and he was extremely helpful. Christie, the store manager was extremely easy to work with and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Christie suggested one of the Install Companies they work with and we took her advice and used Silverstate Flooring and they did an outstanding job doing the demo of old hardwood flooring and installation of our new hardwood. We do not have a transition anywhere in our whole home. Our home looks terrific and we are so glad we decided to go with L/L, AND YOU WILL BE ALSO!!! read more

What an amazing experience we had, it's funny how things are working out right now we're in the middle of a pandemic and we literally were in the desperate need of a flooring cause way before all this happened we remodeled our second floor. Run, don't walk away from this company. If you are even thinking about doing business with them, DO NOT. They do not stand by their promises or their work. We agreed to have them do the floors in our house as long as they could do them before we moved in. ONce we moved in we noticed gaps between the floors and the baseboards, glue coming out of the stairs and just overall shoddy work. We work from home so we needed the work done BEFORE not after we moved. They offered to turn our house into a construction zone again or offered us $500. Neither was clearly satisfactory for a $12000 floor job. Go with someone more reputable. I won't be using them again. read more

Got the Spring Flooring Sale flyer today and went there at 2.45pm on 2/26/2017 to check out some flooring for a store remodel that is coming up. When I got salesman asked me what I will be using the flooring for and I made the mistake of telling him it was for a store remodel of a store that I recently purchased. From here on out I got the 50 questions about the store (none of them flooring related), culminating in "how much did you pay?" My interjection that I was here to look at flooring got me several "1/2 million?" Since there was no way of actual discuss flooring I told him I would go somewhere else, to which he replied "I like to discuss business!". No offense but if I was looking for input I would probably not look for a kid manning a flooring store. Their prices seemed pretty good on their flooring but when it came to extra stuff (which I chose not to go with) they seemed over priced. They also didn't call me when my orders came in, it look a long time for my 2 smaller additional orders to come in (over 10 days) I may not know much about flooring and installation and stuff but the few questions I asked them it seemed like they were totally bogus answers. But all in all I think they had a great selection of flooring and I would consider going back again. read more
