I received a great presentation from them about marketing the home, how they had sold 2 homes in our area. Part of the marketing included a virtual tour and listing the house on various websites. Our house was listed on Zillow, Realtor.com and others but would only display if you typed in the specific address. I expressed my concern to them numerous times and they said they did not know why. I cancelled my contract after 3 months. Stephanie had one open house and told one of the potential buyers that you could go out for a 5 mile radius and find a more updated home for the same price as ours. I sent Stephanie 2 emails and one text message the week before I cancelled the contract only to find out from Alex that she was on vacation. I sent both Alex and Stephanie an email cancelling the contract. I called Alex to make sure that he saw the email. He proceeded to tell me that my late father's home was an ugly house, an old house, an ugly,old house and how no one in San Antonio would ever buy the house because he is the expert and sells a house every other day. I have never met a more unprofessional sales team. Stephanie would not tell me what real estate company/or agent showed the house because that information is confidential. I also provided her with documents to attach for the listing including the new roof invoice, gutters, and water heater. She never attached those items to the listing so that a potential buyer and their agent could see these. I am sure Alex will dispute this information but I recorded by conversation with him. Stay far away from this group!

They asked what property I was interested in. I looked through the listings and didn't see one I called for, so I asked if they had a reference for what they were calling for. The person on the other end then proceeded to become irate and rude saying, "Lady this is Google phone if your on it that's your fault" Not sure why the immediate angry response, or what they even meant, but this person was clearly unhelpful, and perhaps has an anger problem. Sounded like extreme defense for being called on not having the appropriate info available. It just got worse from there. I realized it was a simple mistake, but there was an incredible lack of helpfulness and consideration, much less even civility. Complete waste of energy. Would not recommended dealing with this company. They were incredibly passive aggressive, and also just outright rude. I asked then to stop contacting me, but they proceeded to anyway, for no real reason other than to continue being rude. Guess they don't have anything better to do. Feeling afraid now because I gave this person my driver's license info to view a rental. Who knows what they might try after this interaction. He found one I was able to afford and got the price knocked down a bit from the original asking price. Highly recommended!!!
