May Management sent out a photographer to take pictures of the commercial unit, and she purposely took pictures to include our private residence on the world wide website. We live in an area that is somewhat secluded, and liked it that way. Suddenly, our home is on view to anyone who clicks on the site! We asked the owner, nearly three years ago, to crop out our private home from her ad, but she will not do so. Airbnb will also not help. They are purposely using our private residence in their commercial ad, effecting our privacy. There is plenty of space to crop out our home, which would only take a couple of minutes. Now, besides Airbnb, they have placed all the same ads on the Utopia vacation rental website as well. They just don't give a damn.

We attended the open house and after discussion decided we wanted to look at it again with a Realtor. Since the Realtor we had been using did not cover Palm Coast he referred us to Tony Garren. Tony contacted us a short time after being given the referral and agreed to show us the house we were interested in along with a few others in the area. Tony set the appointments up quickly and we were able to look at the house the next day. Since we were traveling and needed to meet family in another state we told Tony we were interested in the house would let him know if we decided to make an offer. The next day we called Tony and informed him we were interested in making an offer on the house. Since we were traveling Tony prepared the offer and delivered it to us electronically so we could sign electronically and he could present the offer. During the entire time we were negotiating for the house we were traveling and Tony was able to deal with the other realtor and provide documents to us digitally in order for the purchase to continue without us returning to Florida. After the offer was accepted Tony assisted in obtaining the inspections needed and coordinating with our mortgage lender to ensure the purchase proceeded smoothly. Tony displayed a high degree of professionalism and customer service in his assistance to us while we went through the process of finalizing our purchase of a new home. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone who asked about his service.
