Every time we've ever needed them they were there!! My wife and rent a 3 bdrm. It has well and septic. The house is an older house. The first year we lived in the house the well pump failed. Adam Lewis was very quick to respond! We had a new pump and water the same day. The next summer we had a massive 100 yo tree fall right on our driveway! The tree was cleaned up the next day. The third year the well pump failed again and again it was replaced the same day. Just last fall the septic reached its maximum & kept tripping breakers. It was emptied the very next day. The rental we got had floors soo undeveloped you got seasick but we were pushed into somethig, the other home we got from them was only for a year( we weren't told that), the owner was gifting it to his son, he got married, no one notified us about that, we had to move but rpg didn't even call us, just put a hand written note on our door with duct tape lol, so we took the other house with bare downward leaning strap steps. Moving in I fell all the way down them, brain bleed, concussion, 4 days in hospital etc, asked adam to move he said no, stayed there as long as I could, afraid of steps now, so I asked the owners to move, they said ok, and we finally moved after 8 mos. Looking and asking, we moved out and Adam kept $1650. Security Deposit, charged a. $50 pet fee monthly after his employee told me to take my dog, we'd deal with it later, and I had paperwok for a esa dr, but they refused it because that didn't make them money lol. These people are greedy money grubbing yuppies that only care about themselves, they'll steal your money if they can, they run 3 or so businesses out of 1little office,, and never return calls. Run as fast as you can away from them, we reported my fall to feaf ears, asked to move into a home without stairs, and got ripped off for almost 2 grand, cold hearted people, a year later almost , I'm still suffering from the fall, so it's not over yet read more

The owner of the shop we rented turned over the lease to this group before we occupied. The punchlist for the buildout for a safe occupancy was not followed costing us 6 weeks of time. The staff is inexperienced and seldom responds.a kid at all costs. read more

The places for rent are outdated, with mismatched appliances, bright (or dark brown) colored rugs that must be 25 years old, peeling paint, and rusted heaters. All for top-dollar rent. It's incredibly sad that places like this exist, and that anyone thinks of renting from them. If you do rent from them for some reason, get a signed list of ALL problems and ALL promises to fix the place up to code or livable standards before moving in. This company was Hired to manage the property I rent. This company then hired some people to fix A Door window that was already fixed by me. Which they knew because they came and saw it was. That company proceeded to come In to my apartment with no heads up . I was not home. I have cameras there that saw them come in. The cameras inside were taken by them therefore we could not see what they were doing inside (just have audio from a camera they did not see) until 20 min later when the two Hired people walk out with 3 big bags of my belongings. Again all caught on camera. They then came again dec 27th to do it all again but this time take LOTS of my belongings. No one came there to Fix anything because 1) nothing needed to be fixed 2) the things the property llc claim they sent the two people to fix were not touched . This seems like a planned out strategic plot to rob a home where they knew no one was there and wasn't going to be there. Little do they know it is all on camera and the Reality not so PROFESSIONAL Group claimed they were not responsible. Which is NOT TRUE and the law will show that to them, Then they proceed to call us again and say we are sorry What do you want out of this? Like really??? You hired a company that robbed me atleast twice. Looking through footage because the audio we have can conclude there may have been another time , making 3 different occasions. I highly recommend NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY. Clearly Seeing their reviews online this is not the first issue they have. If you saw the people they claim to hav le VETTED you would not believe them and would of not let those same People in your home. I hate to judge a book By its cover but this is one that you should . Beware of This company and add cameras and trust no one. Hug your babies because they could have harmed me and my family while robbing my house . Lots of video,audio and pictures to peove. Their agent Adam Lewis showed us a house we were interested in renting. Had us do applications we had to pay for. Wouldn't respond to our messages asking if we qualified. Finally their rude secretary said our family didn't qualify. When I asked why, she said they didn't have to give a reason. Asked to talk to Adam personally, but she said no. We met their income requirements and credit score limit, so I just wanted to know why we didn't qualify, but they wouldn't tell me. Seem like real proffessional scam artists if you ask me!! read more
