The technician did an excellent job and worked within the limitations and requirements set by the home warranty company. Unfortunately, the warranty coverage was not nearly as comprehensive as I was led to believe, and I ended up paying significantly more out of pocket for a service that I initially expected to be covered. That frustration is directed entirely at the home warranty company--not the locksmith. As for the service itself, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bryan was spectacular! We recently bought a condo and at first we were excited to have smartlocks with keyless entry. When we tried to reprogram the locks, we couldn't figure it out. We found ourselves unable to unlock our backdoor and with only one keycard for the front... we were SURE to not lose it and I had a mini panic every time we locked the door, trying to remember if we had the key. Thankfully Bryan let us know he had never seen our lock before and explained how commonly these products are installed without being able to be reprogrammed!
