Little did I know the actual doctor himself would answer the phone and happily schedule me an appointment for a few hours later, Sunday evening! Eric & his wife Lindsay and seriously the best there is. Everything from scheduling the appointment, to when I got there and the care exceeded my expectations! Turns out I needed a root canal and then a crown. The entire process was seemless. And the end results are beautiful. I signed up for their dental program which was a no brained and got a ton of discounts off of my services. I will go back shortly to receive my 1 of 2 cleanings that are covered in their program. Dr.Eric is super gentle (I've had a life-long fear of dentists) and patient, and he was willing to spend as much time as it took to go over my treatment plan with me. I am never kept waiting when I visit the office. I am always taken back pretty much right away. The office is clean and calming...almost feels like home. Nobody was ever at the office when I drove by. Day of surgery she was taken back to room and I told the nurse to let me know when they would be putting her under for her surgery. Nobody told me anything. Surgery was completed before I knew it and I had to ask for after care instructions, none were provided. The practice demanded a $250 deposit for me to make an appointment and eventually the $250 was returned to me. It is over a year now and I'm trying to get a copy of a bill for my FSA proof and being denied any copies of any invoices until I pay $299 outstanding bill. I was never made aware of any outstanding balance. I have requested the detailed $299 and been told NO until I pay it. Poor staff customer service, awful bedside manner for Dr. Babameto. DO NOT USE!
