Starting such a huge project as installing a pool can be troubling, given the risks of hiring a…read moreshady/undependable company to do the work and the horror stories you hear. Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

Needed wheels fixed on the vacuum and they told me take it myself to Pinch a Penny. His is after a $125 service charge. More than triple charged me for plugs for my pool fence. Bad experience and my mistake for hiring and keeping them.

Long, sorry. But months of headaches with this frustrating company. Started service with them in…read moreSeptember. We have a salt water pool, and in the beginning, for the first month we were smelling strong chlorine odors coming from the pool. We had guests complaining that their eyes were burning, and we would get out of the pool smelling like chemicals for days. I complained to them, to where they gaslit me saying that they've never heard of such a thing and that they weren't putting chlorine into our pool. But we had several people on different occasions say that the water was irritating their skin and eyes. Long story short, two months later, the situation improved. Now since they started, they would come on Wednesdays. I've asked them since the beginning to change our service day because my husbands only day off from work is Wednesday and we would like to enjoy the pool without being bothered for cleaning. The receptionist kept telling me they would review the service route and let us know. This has been going on since September, where we have been putting the request in for a service change pretty much monthly, with no result. Now with summer coming up, I tell the receptionist, I need to change our service date or we can just cancel. She tells me once again, like every time I call, we will review and let you know. I told her no, I'm tired of hearing that. So then she tells me I can pay $35 a month extra for a specific service day. I don't want a specific day, I just don't want them here on Wednesdays. She tells me a supervisor will call me to discuss. Eventually, days later I get an email from Jason... not a phone call but fine. I respond promptly to his email, and then no response. So finally I call again and say I just want to cancel my service. Receptionist tells me she will put in my request to a manager. I am not asking for approval, I am canceling. A few days after I get an email saying my service has been cancelled. Finally. Now today I get another invoice from them, so I call again and the receptionist tells me it's for a specific service. Now I haven't looked at the portal to see if this service was done, but it wasn't shown in the email that I received. Once again she tells me someone will reach out to me. I am just so tired of this company. The receptionist doesn't take care of anything, the higher ups never call back. One of the employees broke my gate latch a couple of weeks ago, which I found out shortly after because I heard the gate slamming open and shut. I didn't complain about it because I just wanted to be done with this company, I wasn't even planning on writing a review until. But after my phone call with the receptionist again today, I've just had enough. I seriously regret hiring this company. nothing but headaches.
